Really dissapointed with the customer service from Dose and Co. I ordered 2 x Marine Collagen Unflavoured Peptides Powder, however when my order arrived it contained 1 x Collagen Peptides Peach Flavoured. I contacted the Customer Service team through the website, via email and through Instagram and are yet to receive a response. I really like the Marine Collagen and had been purchasing it at Chemist Warehouse, when it was unavailable I ordered it directly and was considering a subscription. It's a great product and I miss having it as part of my routine, it's such a shame that the customer service is really lacking.

Last few day I was sending email , msg on messenger, instagram msg but no one reply my question or call me back. Very frustrating. My number 0452422123.

I found it upset my stomach and I was also charged for 2 and only received one. I have reached out to have this resolved however there has been no response so l can not recommend this product or company.

I placed the order at the start of October and still have not received it. I reached out to customer service and heard nothing back. I’ve always loved dose and co and have always brought instore but are now very hesitant to purchase again with my online experience.

My package was shipped to the wrong address. As soon as the order was placed I tried contacting you several times and never received a response.

Product is fine but there is NO customer support in NZ. I emailed regarding a delivery that got left on someone else's doorstep and never got a reply. Would not buy again

Honestly? I’m not sure why you stopped selling all your products on Amazon because I will not be buying from your website again. It has been 2.5 weeks and I still have not received my purchase. When I used to order off Amazon- two days.

ive not even received my order? ive sent one email and one contact form from your website. no response. It's imposible to review my product since it hasn't arrived. As such there is no customer service unfortunatly.

Nothing wrong with the product, but NO customer service in New Zealand. My order was left at someone elses house and I emailed you and let you know but have never had a reply. I will not be buying again

I placed an order on the 14th Oct for a sample of your collagen. When I placed the order I realised my address ended with ACT so I emailed to have it amended to QLD. As I still didn't get an update, I emailed about 2 weeks later for an update. I was advised there was a high demand for the product (I understand this statement) but was told it would be dispatched that day. I received a tracking number a couple of days later. The tracking number was accepted by Aus post on the 21/10, but they havnt received the parcel. I emailed again 5 days ago for an update and havnt heard back. I understand the high demand and that it is a sample product, but I paid for the postage. It would be great to get some sort of an update as it's coming to nearly a month since I ordered. Thanks! My review is to cover your customer service in hoping I can get a reasonable update.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service, I’ve messaged numerous times with only 1 response. I placed an order over 1 month ago and still haven’t received it. I will not be ordering again and will not be recommending your company to anyone.

Order placed 18th October. Still haven't received order on 11th November. No one replies to emails. Won't be purchasing from Dose again.

I still haven't received my two units of product after purchasing these online on the 6th October. I also sent two follow up emails to the hello@doseandco.com email address and have not received a response from these either. Unfortunately not a great experience to date.

I emailed direct & through the website over 2 weeks ago and still no reply, once I have used all my product I will be looking for a different brand ! Customer service not good enough!

I have sent several messages about my last order #121161. I ordered and paid for TWO containers of Collagen peptides unflavored 10 oz size. I only received ONE carton. Please send the 2nd carton. Thank you, Karen Wohlschlegel Wohlschleg@aol.com 361-549-6102
