“I don’t normal write review and this is nothing against the product, as I love the product. However, I likely won’t repurchase from the website due to the snail pace delivery. Had I of known delivery would have been a week from courier pick up to arrivals, I would not have order.
Previously the courier was NZ Post and I cannot fault their prompt deliver with your product delivered within a day or two of pickup (even during Covid lockdown), however the move to Castle definitely means I am second guessing repurchasing as a week from pick up seems extreme (specially within the same city).
I was considering the subscriptions as I generally buy in New World full price (generally no special) and I thought given the saving the subscription would be better. However due to the snail pace delivery with castle I won’t, as it’s too unreliable and I don’t wish to wait a week. I’d rather just pay full price of $43 at my local new world.”
“Disappointed, expiry date for powder was 1 month after delivery.
Ordered collagen powder online on the 14th of April 2023. After it arrived I used it and realised that it expired just over one month after I purchased it, expiry date is 2nd of June 2023.
Not a good experience as I was using expired collagen powder not thinking it would be expired just over one month after delivery.
I have also reported this to their customer service and will wait for a response from them as I don't think this is good practice. Hope this doesn't continue to happen for other customers.”

“Disappointing experience with customer service and getting reply on subscription delivery. Several emails plus a social media PM went totally unanswered, when I cancelled subscription- the unanswered emails were just closed off with a case number. No communication. Shame as I enjoyed the product”
“Really not happy with my experience here. Its been 2 weeks and I still don't have my product. I was given a tracking number with no link or info on what courier company was being used. Faq says its NZ post which it wasnt. It took multiple days to get any kind of response from customer service which didn't end up being helpful anyways. “Hi there, I do not want a recurring purchases. I did not click it and not even registered. But you guys saved my card and placed another order which I did not asked for. I sent many messages , emails and live chat asking you to stop it. But still no luck . I didn’t hear from anyone. This is not acceptable service. Very disappointed.”

Twice you have happily taken my money knowingly not having the stock to make the shipment, on both occasions I have had to contact you guys to ask what is going on instead of being contacted from your end. Twice I have been out of pocket for almost a month as by the time I realise my shipment just isn't coming, there is another 10 days until my money is returned for a product YOU KNEW you couldn't deliver on. I am sure this would go against consumer laws?
I see all the offers you guys have going at the moment though, obviously more interested in getting new customers than looking after long-term loyal customers.”
