“It took over a month for my order to arrive. I have never had to wait this long for an order. It was horrible. I don’t know if I’ll reorder or recommend Dose & co. Why not choose another competitor that will be able to ship your items within a timely fashion.

“I tried to cancel my subscription several time and my request went in heard so I had to. An elderly my card due to the company charging it without my consent or even recogymy request to cancel”
“I have ordered varies times from this company and my last order said it was delivered but I did not receive the product. When I contacted the company, no one got back to me for days. I had to send 5 emails until someone finally contacted . The persons response was that “ the tracking number said it was delivered and to continue to look for her and have a great day “. Terrible customer services and I have yet to receive a replacement.”

I know it was from this product because my skin was in great condition and I didn’t even have my period and then I got deep cystic acne all over my chin and jaw line I will never recommend this product to anybody in fact I will make sure people know about it I have a feeling it happens more than people know I bet this review won’t even end up on the website”
“I actually haven't received this order yet, nor has Dose responded to my email enquiry about it being missing. I've also DM'd on Insta and IM'd on the website. It's been sitting with Aus Post since 19 August. I'd like to rule out that it's a delay on Dose's end, therefore, allowing me to focus on chasing Aus Post. Can I please get a response to my enquiry. Thank you. I love these products so much, but customer service has been bitterly disappointing.”
“My dose order was sent back to a postal office in Moreno Valley CA as the order was sent to incorrect address. When I emailed, I was told by Dose rep that I would have to wait until the CA postal office decides to mail it back to Dose in order to either get a replacement or get my refund back. Ita been now 2 weeks Poor customer service response.”
