Terrible service for a long time customer. Twice you have happily taken my money knowingly not having the stock to make the shipment, on both occasions I have had to contact you guys to ask what is going on instead of being contacted from your end. Twice I have been out of pocket for almost a month as by the time I realise my shipment just isn't coming, there is another 10 days until my money is returned for a product YOU KNEW you couldn't deliver on. I am sure this would go against consumer laws? I see all the offers you guys have going at the moment though, obviously more interested in getting new customers than looking after long-term loyal customers.

Very bad customer service. Subscription did not get shipped and I had to follow up multiple times to get a refund

Would not buy again. Doesn’t mix into water and the taste is not pleasant.

second time I've had to follow up an order, going onto a month and still not received anything. pretty disappointing.

I bought the protein collagen and it does not mix well at all. I have it in coffee and even if I stir for 60seconds I find when finished drinking the coffee it’s all in chunks at bottom of cup!

Disappointed love the product but due to service level won’t be buying again. Emailed 2 min after order submitted regarding drink bottle and just got told to order more responded and no response

Not happy. Haven't heard at all from customer service and I've tried contacting them multiple times. Still waiting for my order and it's been two weeks. Ironic getting asked for feedback when I'm struggling to hear from anyone.

My order has still not arrived and it’s been over 2 weeks. Parcel does not appear to have left distribution centre. Tried following up and get robotic “we will look into this” sporadic replies.

I still have not received my order from 3 weeks ago. Received email confirming tracking number allocated but it has not progressed any further. Have sent email, they asked for further detail which I completed and sent straight back but still have not received a response a week on. Up until this order I have had excellent service.

I have not received my order I made 2 weeks ago now and no one is responding to my multiple emails. This is really disappointing and I'm very disappointed. Also there is no phone number to try and call someone on.

Not impressed..order still has not arrived and communicating with your customer service team is useless. Wouldn't bother ordering again.

I got the wrong product delivered,I understand human error. But it took days to get a reply, I still don’t have my correct product I ordered . Very disappointed and not a great customer experience

I only received one tub with the 2 for one special. I have sent a few emails and not getting my response i have also inboxed on instagram

I am really not very happy to be honest, I have sent a message as for some reason I changed my order to the protein and collagen powder and have received 2 x deliveries within one week of each other!! So now have enough for the next 2.5 months!!! This happened to me once before and so that was acceptable and can understand mistakes happen but this is twice now and I have already asked for a refund for the second delivery. Your product is very good and I love it but am really getting frustrated with the whole website and ordering fiasco. Please look into as I look forward to hearing back from you. Thanks Penny
