“Never received my last shipment since I moved to a new address and Dose & Co wouldn’t assist me. I decided to cancel my subscription after the horrible customer service experience.”

“It took over a month for my order to arrive. I have never had to wait this long for an order. It was horrible. I don’t know if I’ll reorder or recommend Dose & co. Why not choose another competitor that will be able to ship your items within a timely fashion.

“I have ordered varies times from this company and my last order said it was delivered but I did not receive the product. When I contacted the company, no one got back to me for days. I had to send 5 emails until someone finally contacted . The persons response was that “ the tracking number said it was delivered and to continue to look for her and have a great day “. Terrible customer services and I have yet to receive a replacement.”
