“I tried to cancel my order and upon realising that it had not been processed, left a message via messenger asking that all future orders be cancelled and that I did now want to receive the last order I received. I have not hear back anything from Dose & Co.”
“I ordered the wrong type of collagen and emailed right away after I made my purchase to please swap out for the correct collagen and they said they couldn’t swap out as it had already left the warehouse. I emailed the same minute I ordered and never got a solution. Very disappointed as I am a frequent purchaser.”
“I am set up on the recurring shipping, and it was time for my reshipment. The day of delivery it showed delivered, but i never received the package. The FedEx guy never even came to my door. We was home and the Ring doorbell camera showed not footage of delivery. I contacted FedEx they told me to reach out to the shipper. I reached out to Dose & Co. was told to wait 3 to 4 days before reporting... Wow smh, I did and emailed (MULTIPLE) them back from the same email chain and still to date have not received response or my shipment.”
