I feel as though I should receive the drink bottle because my subscription won't be due until after the promo. I have stuck w dose and co despite having other products from my Busy mum fitness group being offered and feel this promo should honoured especially since I am receiving this review on a recent purchase where I did not receive my water bottle”
“I love the product however, the customer service has not been helpful. I have not received my package that was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago and have not received a solution to this. I had to order more on Amazon. I will no longer suscribe and pay more to ensure my package is delivered and have good customer service if something does happen.”

I received my item a week after the expected delivery date and was not home so it sat in the mailbox (in Dallas heat) for another 4 days!!
Still going back and forth with their crappy “customer service” representative. Mind you I had to message them on Instagram to even get a reply to my email inquiry. So highly disappointed in their lack of care for their customers.

“Disappointed cause I didn’t purchase it but got charged randomly and sent a jar. Was told it was a glitch and money would be refunded which didn’t happen. Disappointed as I didn’t have money to spend that week let alone on collagen when I needed it to feed my kids for the week.”

“Didn’t state how many ounces checked Targets website said they were 12oz. I received 10oz containers. I contacted DOSE and they said they were ship me a free one for the inconvenience, but I it apparently got lost by the carrier. Dose told me they could not trace it and I’d have to contact the carrier myself. I’ll be going back to Vital Proteins it seems to be more effective anyways.”
“I’m really disappointed with my last shipment. I got double shipped not realising I had a subscription order about to send one week after I had ordered... I sent an email request trying to cancel the subscription order and there was zero follow up to my email from the company. The second order was shipped, and this is the first “response” I’ve had to my Cancel order request and it’s not even a response to my email... still think it’s a great product, but I won’t be ordering again.”
“Customer service was not useful to me at all! I mistakenly added the wrong address for delivery and emailed customer service within a few minutes of placing the order. I asked them to please cancel it, and they responded to me saying they were not able to because I didn’t attempt cancellation fast enough. They then sent me a tracking number several days AFTER the actual delivery - not useful either. I will not order from Dose and Co again.”
