“DO NOT RECOMMEND! Disappointed with shipping and customer service. Ordered my product 3 weeks ago and only ever received an email that my item was being prepared to ship. I reached out via email to Dose and Co and no response. Reached out via Instagram and finally got a response. Magically the next day my item was received by the shipping company and Dose and Co blames the shipping company for the delay. They didn't offer expedited shipping or take responsibility. Just kept blaming the shipping company. Only thing Dose and Co offered was 20% off my next purchase which I will not be using. Guess I will find another collagen alternative.”
