“Tasted bad. I would return it if it was returnable, but it’s not. I got the dairy free to hopefully replace heavy cream on my coffee. I ended up just using this with heavy cream plus additional sweetener and cocoa to make taste good. Otherwise it’s bad tasting with coffee on its own and I didn’t want to just throw it out.”

Was told by support that it was because I purchased the protein powder and I needed to order the creamer (which I thought was what I ordered). I have wasted 1/2 can of the powder (found in the bottom of my coffee cup) and now they want me to purchase a whole new can.
