“I still have not received my order after ordering it 3 weeks ago. I received an email that it shipped 3 weeks ago but have not received a tracking number or update.”
“I still have not received my first order. I had it shipped thinking it would go via UPS or fedex, but it got transferred to the post office. They tried to delivery it to my home and I don’t receive mail there. It says return to sender on the tracking, but on the dose and co website under my orders, it says fulfilled. This isn’t true. “Almost thought company was a scam. Placed my order, and received tracking right away. However, FedEx claimed they never received my box to ship.. Waited 3 weeks, no delivery. Contacted company via e-mail 3x with no response. Finally had to dispute charge to my CC, and all of the sudden, got an e-mail my order is out for delivery. Still never heard from their customer service. Never placing another order again.”
