“I never received it. I called the minute I ordered it because it was going to my wrong apartment I do have my mail forwarded it says it delivered it there but I never received it”
“Almost thought company was a scam. Placed my order, and received tracking right away. However, FedEx claimed they never received my box to ship.. Waited 3 weeks, no delivery. Contacted company via e-mail 3x with no response. Finally had to dispute charge to my CC, and all of the sudden, got an e-mail my order is out for delivery. Still never heard from their customer service. Never placing another order again.”

“As soon as I placed my order, I realized I chose the non-dairy option in error. I emailed you right away to cancel the order with no response. I recently received the order and was disappointed. I would like a refund. I have proof of when I placed my order and moments later requesting that it be canceled.”

“I placed an order on December 5th. and today is December 22nd and I have yet to receive my product. I tried to purchase what I wanted from Target but you did not sell what I what there. It’s quite disappointing that it takes so long to receive and the tracking status states shipped with no tracking info update from CanadaAir. I live in NJ, USA.”
