I purchased this 2 weeks ago, thinking this would be a fast delivery to the South Island… it still hasn’t arrived and hasn’t been picked up. I think next time I’m just going to purchase it from the supermarket.

I love the product, but the customer service is seriously lacking. I was meant to receive a water bottle and never did. Also the product I had on subscription was discontinued and I was told 5 days after a payment had processed and it too another 10 days to be resolved before it was shipped after the next subscription order was paid for . So definitely pays to keep tabs on your orders make sure you're receiving them all if on subscription.

I’m disappointed that I never received my order and when I reached out to your company, the issue never got resolved. I’m canceling my subscription.

I placed an order and two days later got a shipping notification, great! Fast forward two weeks and the parcel hasn't moved from being allocated a ticket. I contact costumer service to be told the product is sold out..... I wonder how long they would have left me with no product having taken my money had I not contact them myself. Not ideal

I signed up for auto ship 15 days ago. Still haven’t received my first item and I can not get anyone in customer service to help me. I’ve emailed at least twice and there is no phone number to be able to speak to someone! Now I’m getting charged for another shipment with no way to cancel or get info on my first order that has not been received! I am not a happy customer!

I love this product but the problem is that it is the second time that I buy this collagen, the first time they sent me the bottles that expired in 3 months but this time they sent me bottles that expire in 1 month and they ask me? How do you want me to use 3 cans in 1 month ?????

Poor communication especially when product is not available and my subscription did not arrive, yet funds were taken. I had to make contact to ask where my product was only to be told that it was sold out.

After a week of use I developed a severe gastrointestinal infection, so I don't think I'll be able to use the two batches I bought, unfortunately.

Never received my last shipment since I moved to a new address and Dose & Co wouldn’t assist me. I decided to cancel my subscription after the horrible customer service experience.
