I was meant to receive a water bottle and never did.
Also the product I had on subscription was discontinued and I was told 5 days after a payment had processed and it too another 10 days to be resolved before it was shipped after the next subscription order was paid for . So definitely pays to keep tabs on your orders make sure you're receiving them all if on subscription.”
“I placed an order and two days later got a shipping notification, great! Fast forward two weeks and the parcel hasn't moved from being allocated a ticket.
I contact costumer service to be told the product is sold out..... I wonder how long they would have left me with no product having taken my money had I not contact them myself.

“I signed up for auto ship 15 days ago. Still haven’t received my first item and I can not get anyone in customer service to help me. I’ve emailed at least twice and there is no phone number to be able to speak to someone! Now I’m getting charged for another shipment with no way to cancel or get info on my first order that has not been received! I am not a happy customer!”
