“Order never arrived, and the experience with customer service has been beyond frustrating. I've tried emailing their support multiple times and received no response. I attempted to reach them via live chat, but no one replied there either. At this point, it feels as though they've taken my money without delivering the product, and I'm left with no choice but to escalate this issue with the relevant authorities. “Couldn't have been any worse. Never received tracking info. When someone finally responded to my many queries via email and online chat, I discovered my package was "damaged in transit" and was returned to you guys. Thankfully I had paid with PayPal who refunded my money well before the shipment made it's way back to you.”
“Customer Service for Dose and Co is Awful. Why don’t you have people to answer messages, solve problems, and help with orders? I have 2 current problems with my recent orders. I received a rusty can of Unflavored Collagen in my subscription order #120210 shipped Sept 25th, and I am trying order for my mother 3 cans with code SPOOKYGLOW25. THE CODE DOES NOT WORK. An active company in the United States would have a person/employee on the phone place the order for me and activate the non working code. I have no help with any problems with the product. The bots you use send fake interest messages about the issue, and then I never hear back or get a solution. I feel like contacting The New York Attorney General or the Better Business Bureau. I do not want to do that. I truly like the products. The products are Excellent, from my experience thus far. I have been a customer for years. The customer service is worsening. I feel like scam procedures are becoming the norm, here. Please help replace my rusty can, and activate the coupon code for my purchase? Please employ a human someone to interact with your loyal human customers? Thank you”
“I received the wrong order and when I contacted you, you sent me out the supposedly correct item but it was the wrong one again. I have sent you three emails asking for this to be rectified but I have had no response. Very disappointing”
“I am absolutely disgusted by this company and their complete lack of customer service. For three weeks now, I have been trying to reach someone—anyone—at Dose & Co., but it feels like I’m screaming into the void. They messed up my order by shipping it to the wrong address, despite the fact that I confirmed the shipping details were correct on my end. The error was clearly theirs.
To make matters worse, this order was supposed to be a gift for my sister, and thanks to their incompetence, I can no longer give it to her. I can't retrieve the package from the incorrect address, and no one from Dose & Co. seems to care or even exist to help me fix the issue.
I have asked for either the same order to be shipped to me correctly or a full refund. But, again, nothing. It’s like this company has completely vanished. I can’t reach them through email, phone, or any form of communication.
My advice? Avoid Dose & Co. at all costs. This is sketchy, frustrating, and frankly, unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere”
“I placed an order of 6 and it never arrived! After contacting DOSE & CO they told me that someone had received the order, which is impossible since in the last update of the tracking number there is a photo of a box placed on the floor, but not my address not even my front door.. it's been over 15 days and I haven't gotten a response, so if you don't want to pay for something you will never get, I advise you to never order anything from this place.”
“I have not received my order and have sent several follow up emails with no response in the last week. Please refund my order and remove your product if you do not have it in stock as it's been over three weeks since I ordered 3 tubs and nothing received. I originally had someone reply to say it's coming in the post and now they are ignoring my emails. This is not the service I would anticipate from Does and Co. and has resulted in this review of honest and constructive feedback.”
“It appears I have donated money to this company. I have never received my purchase and after reading the tracking to say delivered I contacted Customer Service, responded they'd get back to me, never happened now I'm being ignored worst service ever, so can't comment on product I didn't receive.”

“Would usually give 5 stars but have gotten increasingly frustrated with Dose & Co (both here & in Australia) with reliability of products both being available & postage.
I order then it’s out of stock, unable to be shipped, takes a long time to arrive, the orders used to be packaged really nicely & now they’re sub par, order hasn’t updated, subscription cancelled due to no stock, slow replies to emails..
I have used Dose religiously for years & it is my favourite but I’m having to switch to a more reliable brand.”
“It’s hard to do a review on something I never got. I have placed several messages that being one of the problems. All I get back is how the messages were combined and responses will come. I would really like a refund or the merchandise I paid for! By the way the stars are not registering. What a way to run a website!”
