“I am absolutely disgusted by this company and their complete lack of customer service. For three weeks now, I have been trying to reach someone—anyone—at Dose & Co., but it feels like I’m screaming into the void. They messed up my order by shipping it to the wrong address, despite the fact that I confirmed the shipping details were correct on my end. The error was clearly theirs.
To make matters worse, this order was supposed to be a gift for my sister, and thanks to their incompetence, I can no longer give it to her. I can't retrieve the package from the incorrect address, and no one from Dose & Co. seems to care or even exist to help me fix the issue.
I have asked for either the same order to be shipped to me correctly or a full refund. But, again, nothing. It’s like this company has completely vanished. I can’t reach them through email, phone, or any form of communication.
My advice? Avoid Dose & Co. at all costs. This is sketchy, frustrating, and frankly, unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere”
“I placed an order of 6 and it never arrived! After contacting DOSE & CO they told me that someone had received the order, which is impossible since in the last update of the tracking number there is a photo of a box placed on the floor, but not my address not even my front door.. it's been over 15 days and I haven't gotten a response, so if you don't want to pay for something you will never get, I advise you to never order anything from this place.”
“I have not received my order and have sent several follow up emails with no response in the last week. Please refund my order and remove your product if you do not have it in stock as it's been over three weeks since I ordered 3 tubs and nothing received. I originally had someone reply to say it's coming in the post and now they are ignoring my emails. This is not the service I would anticipate from Does and Co. and has resulted in this review of honest and constructive feedback.”
“It appears I have donated money to this company. I have never received my purchase and after reading the tracking to say delivered I contacted Customer Service, responded they'd get back to me, never happened now I'm being ignored worst service ever, so can't comment on product I didn't receive.”

I order then it’s out of stock, unable to be shipped, takes a long time to arrive, the orders used to be packaged really nicely & now they’re sub par, order hasn’t updated, subscription cancelled due to no stock, slow replies to emails..
I have used Dose religiously for years & it is my favourite but I’m having to switch to a more reliable brand.”

I would really like a refund or the merchandise I paid for! By the way the stars are not registering. What a way to run a website!”

“I don’t normal write review and this is nothing against the product, as I love the product. However, I likely won’t repurchase from the website due to the snail pace delivery. Had I of known delivery would have been a week from courier pick up to arrivals, I would not have order.
Previously the courier was NZ Post and I cannot fault their prompt deliver with your product delivered within a day or two of pickup (even during Covid lockdown), however the move to Castle definitely means I am second guessing repurchasing as a week from pick up seems extreme (specially within the same city).
I was considering the subscriptions as I generally buy in New World full price (generally no special) and I thought given the saving the subscription would be better. However due to the snail pace delivery with castle I won’t, as it’s too unreliable and I don’t wish to wait a week. I’d rather just pay full price of $43 at my local new world.”
