“I get they’re trying to be environmentally friendly but this came with no scoop and this is my first time buying it so it is really difficult to get the right and accurate measurement using our own utensils at home. They could maybe give a free scoop on the first purchase and then none on the next purchases. Also this doesn’t mix well with water. I tried regular temperature, cold water, or warm and hot and it doesn’t mix well.”

“Great product but it’s a long wait for delivery when you order through their website, almost three weeks. They also gave a free peach flavour as I signed up for a subscription and this was never received.”

Stock was practically past it's BB as well (2 days short)
It's about being transparent, if it had said it was short dated, would I have purchased? No, not myself personally, but it probably wouldn't stop others. I usually purchase in-store, but tbh after this experience I think I'd prefer to support another brand who deserves it.”
