I was skeptic all at first about taking collagen but my hair dresser raved about Dose & Co so I thought I would try it too. Well a big heads up to not only the taste but my once brittle nails have become harder, stronger and in much better condition than before. Unfortunately I was genetically blessed with fine hair 😞 but noticed after a month of using Dose & Co a lot more baby hairs have grown and my hair has had a growth spurt which I am happy about as I have never been able to grow my hair past my shoulders.
