“The protein powder is good. The whole subscription thing is off putting and makes it feel like your trying to pull one over in your customers and that creates distrust. Just sell your product, if people like it they’ll buy more. I shouldnt have to subscribe.”
“Dissatisfied that I ran out of protein powder before replacement on reoccurring order. I did not receive a prompt response as to when it would come and had to do an urgent order with a chemist. When I followed up a second time, I was told it was late because of difficulty with sourcing ingredients, perhaps this should have been communicated with reoccurring orders customers. Disappointing.”
