“Shipments haven't been timely and a month was skipped with no refund, but I love the product, I would have thought I'd at least get an extra shipment.”
“The protein powder is good. The whole subscription thing is off putting and makes it feel like your trying to pull one over in your customers and that creates distrust. Just sell your product, if people like it they’ll buy more. I shouldnt have to subscribe.”

“Hard pick between 2 or 3 stars. After a month of use, I noticed my nails did grown a little faster & my skin looked a little bit better, but other than that no other noticeable improvements. It was difficult to put into the drinks I enjoy because it didn't dissolve good. And I had really hoped it would've made my hair grow faster, but maybe you have to buy/use for multiple months before it does. I don't want to buy again to find out. Hope this review helps.”
“Love the products BUT the nondairy caramel creamer could be packaged better. The top of the canister is too small for the bottom and gets stuck or can’t come off. I tried to open by wiggling a knife under the lid and unfortunately lost 1/3 of the canister. Top needs to be made wider similar to dimensions of the pure collagen”
“Being from Australia where creamer is not very popular, I don’t think it goes very well with coffee.
Also I don’t think the vanilla protein powder was very flavourful. I used it in a smoothie and could barely taste it.
Maybe the creamer would be better in a smoothie? Will give it a try but probably would not recommend this”
“I was enjoying it in the beginning, but then I started to notice I was breaking out with pimples all on my face. I don't have or ever had issues with pimples until now. I had prescribe for monthly recurring orders but I cancel it. Not happy with this product.”
“Easy to set up a subscription and to modify. I have the unflavored and it's just that! Will be trying the caramel creamer soon. Been taking it for over a month and sadly, my nails are not better. They keep breaking. My skin/hair overall seems the same. It's the end of winter, so overly dry across the board. I'll keep taking it, though. Excited to try the creamer. Thanks”
