“The product itself is def worth the subscription, but I’ve had issues with shipping and I can’t say that the customer service is up to par. I get it. The company out sources to ship the goods, but as a customer I believe the company should be held accountable if anyone is having an issue receiving their PURCHASED product. I wish I knew a better company to buy from. It’s taken almost over a month to get my product and I’m subscribed.. whenever I reach out I always here “it’s out of our hands””

“I have been drinking Dose & Co. protein powder and I personally don't know how much it's doing to me but I am not too tired after getting up in the morning. I used to be very very tired. I am still tired to get up but a small change/difference now is that I am quite okay as long as after I managed to get out of the bed.
What I am unhappy about Dose & Co. is that packaging. I know you are so proud of no plastic but it is not well designed for the user end.
It can be hard and awkward to open the lid in the morning because I am a lot older than those people who you post on your stories. My hands are smaller and don't have strong grips. You will know what I mean when you are at my age. If you can imagine your parents can't open a jar and ask you to open it instead. It's similar to that.
Also, because of how the packaging is designed, the last bit of powder is left at the corner of the bottom. I can't scoop it up until the last bit. I don't want to waste it.
Does the container need to be a box?

“It is okay. I have not been using it as often just yet. That is because I use another brand and I am waiting to use that brand all up and then start using this on a daily. What I can say I use it on the weekend, because I leave my other brand at work. I like this Dose & Co. but I do not like the smell once it is in my water/ juice. It has a odor that I don't like to smell, but I cant explain it. It dissolved good in my water/juice. I do not have clumping. As of yet!! Would I continue to use/buy? Yes I will continue to use and keep my membership. I will update next month once I start Dose & Co. on a daily. I ran out of my other brand today :). Excited to use Dose & Co.”
