“Doesn't dissolve in cold liquids. I like to have a cold milk drink in the morning and it wont dissolve in it. Just gwts really lumpy. Tastes really good though. I just have to use it in warm drinks only.”

“I subscribe a bi-monthly pure Collagen from Dose&Co. I got the first lot smooth and fast, very happy.
When the subscription due for renewal, I was told the pure Collagen was out of stock. I then wait and wait, thinking I will be notified when it's available but no one seems to know. I sent an email to Customer Service, the person who replied (Shubham) didn't seem to care much, he gave me a general reply and said:
"I will check on this one and will get back to you soon with an update".
Nothing happens after that, I had to put in an order for a different type of collagen. So far nobody bother about my original subscription.
Little bit more care from Customer Service would make the Service perfect.

“The flavors were good. The canister is very difficult to open and when it does, powder sprays everywhere. Not good in cold drinks, it tends to coagulate a lot.”
