“Poor.
I was charged $34.39 on July 5, 2023 for dose that was not delivered. I have contacted Dose about it but so far no response.

“Hi Team at Dose & Co.
I am more than happy to provide a review for this wonderful product I simply cannot live without. I love the unflavored collagen powder I use it in my coffee smoothies and baking too.
I feel it has improved my skin hair and nails I couldn't be any happier and will continue to be a loyal customer.
Thank you for creating this wonderful product.

“Disappointed, expiry date for powder was 1 month after delivery.
Ordered collagen powder online on the 14th of April 2023. After it arrived I used it and realised that it expired just over one month after I purchased it, expiry date is 2nd of June 2023.
Not a good experience as I was using expired collagen powder not thinking it would be expired just over one month after delivery.
I have also reported this to their customer service and will wait for a response from them as I don't think this is good practice. Hope this doesn't continue to happen for other customers.”
“I never received the product. Appalling service. Took 10 days to get a reply. Finally got a refund but promised 2nd product also never arrived. DON'T BUY FROM DOSE & CO”
“Disappointing experience with customer service and getting reply on subscription delivery. Several emails plus a social media PM went totally unanswered, when I cancelled subscription- the unanswered emails were just closed off with a case number. No communication. Shame as I enjoyed the product”
“I've been using it for 3 weeks now in coffees and smoothies and my nails are noticeably stronger! You can just tell it's benefitting your health and body!”
