“I have ordered varies times from this company and my last order said it was delivered but I did not receive the product. When I contacted the company, no one got back to me for days. I had to send 5 emails until someone finally contacted . The persons response was that “ the tracking number said it was delivered and to continue to look for her and have a great day “. Terrible customer services and I have yet to receive a replacement.”
“I really love the collagen and protein and I use it so often I need it again by the time my subscription renews HOWEVER the postal service has lost my package 2 times already and I’ve gone over a week before it’s been delivered! So the product is great but maybe change the shipping option.”

“I actually haven't received this order yet, nor has Dose responded to my email enquiry about it being missing. I've also DM'd on Insta and IM'd on the website. It's been sitting with Aus Post since 19 August. I'd like to rule out that it's a delay on Dose's end, therefore, allowing me to focus on chasing Aus Post. Can I please get a response to my enquiry. Thank you. I love these products so much, but customer service has been bitterly disappointing.”
