“I have tried other collagen products such as Vital proteins, and it just doesn’t come close to the results you see with Dose and co. My hair and nails have improved tremendously. I love all of the flavors, though I’d love for the chocolate to have a more chocolatey taste to it, and would love to have access to the other flavors available only in New Zealand. Overall great product!!”
“I subscribe a bi-monthly pure Collagen from Dose&Co. I got the first lot smooth and fast, very happy.
When the subscription due for renewal, I was told the pure Collagen was out of stock. I then wait and wait, thinking I will be notified when it's available but no one seems to know. I sent an email to Customer Service, the person who replied (Shubham) didn't seem to care much, he gave me a general reply and said:
"I will check on this one and will get back to you soon with an update".
Nothing happens after that, I had to put in an order for a different type of collagen. So far nobody bother about my original subscription.
Little bit more care from Customer Service would make the Service perfect.
