“Not happy. The freebie was added to my cart and then never received it in my package and told it was sold out. If it was sold out it shouldn't have been in my cart.”
“I am very happy with the product. I mix it in with my greens each morning and it tastes really nice.
Only thing I would say, is that on the ordering system it only allows for automatic delivery every 30 days when this product needs to be ordered every 20 days. Is there anyway to change that on the website?”
“Thank you for creating this wonderful product which I love and use everyday in my smoothies and my coffee. I have definitely noticed the change in my skin and no doubt it is doing wonderful things inside my body too.
My hubby was keen to try some too so he loves putting it in his coffee and we both love the vanilla taste.
I love how fast it arrives too and the packaging is great, thanks again and you have a loyal customer that loves coming back for more.

“My order did not arrive and and I had to chase it up 3 times and ask for my money back before you agreed to send out a replacement. In the end I had to wait a month. Not good.”
“I was sent protein powder rather than the creamer (first error on Dose's part to be fair).
I got in touch 13 days ago & am still waiting for the creamer to arrive.
Love the product, disappointed at the lack of customer service after emailing them twice.”
“My best friend recommended that I give you a try and I’m so pleased she did. I have only been enjoying my Dose & Co for just about 2 weeks and I honestly feel great. My skin feels softer and has a glow about it. I look forward to my coffee each morning, so tasty!! Thanks team 😁”
“I bought the non flavoured marine collagen and it tastes/smells fishy. I just expected it to have no flavour so it was easy to add to other beverages but the taste is disgusting. I’m very disappointed so it will just go to waste.”
