“I have only been using this for short period however I have already notice improvement with my Hair & Skin. As I have had acrylic nails at Christmas my nail bed is damaged so still waiting to see how this will benefit my nails once damage has grown out.

“I really wanted to like this product. When I first opened the container, the product looked and smelled amazing! However, when I added the creamer to my coffee, it did not dissolve and there was no flavor. I only added two tablespoons due to the high calorie count. I ended up discarding my cup of coffee because the product lumped and stayed floating. I read numerous reviews prior to purchasing and they all said the product dissolved and tasted amazing. Maybe I did something wrong but based on my experience, the price, taste, lack of dissolve, and amount of product received, I will not purchase again.”
