“Fantastic product 👌🏼 love the peach high strength collagen peptides to drink all day and the caramel creamer is delicious in my coffee. Love this brand for its quality 🙌 😍 ❤️”
“Protein powder arrived with a large dent in the tin cracking the inner material. I won’t be using the product now incase of contamination. Not Dose & Cos fault, though packaging could have potentially been better to avoid this.”
“Have always ordered collagen powder from Dose and Co but haven’t had the best results lately. The powder is really hard to mix into my coffee and is quite lumpy no matter how much I mix it. The peach collagen is definitely not very nice. It’s really lacking in flavour.”
“Purchasing and shipping were simple and quick.
The packaging looks nice, but does not have any form of seal after opening. Nor is there any scoop included.”
“Terrible service for a long time customer.
Twice you have happily taken my money knowingly not having the stock to make the shipment, on both occasions I have had to contact you guys to ask what is going on instead of being contacted from your end. Twice I have been out of pocket for almost a month as by the time I realise my shipment just isn't coming, there is another 10 days until my money is returned for a product YOU KNEW you couldn't deliver on. I am sure this would go against consumer laws?
I see all the offers you guys have going at the moment though, obviously more interested in getting new customers than looking after long-term loyal customers.”
