“Only 2 stars because I ordered on February 7th and it's now February 22nd and still haven't received my order!! Longest shipping ever for only 1 product”
“Have still not received my purchased. Says it has not been shipped. Contacted customer service and was told they would look into it and get back to me. Still have yet to receive my package or hear back from anyone. Very disappointed about a product I was excited to try.”
“When I received my order, it was damaged. I contacted the company and they issued me a new one. I was looking forward to trying it out so I actually went to target and purchased a new one while waiting for a replacement to arrive. I understand that things happen and they did a great job responding promptly so I think overall the service was good. Just wish that the package was packed more properly and carefully so time wasn’t wasted in the process.”
“I had a bit of a problem with recurring order, which I believe I misunderstood when I placed the original order which was February 6th and recurring order was shipped February 20th. This way too soon not even 2 weeks! Unfortunately I could not change this by the time I was informed it had already shipped! I was surprised recurring order ship in 2 week? I have cancelled recurring order hopefully it will have solved my issue?”
“I love this product. It has helped so much with hair growth. My only complaint is the amount of creamer in the package. The first time I bought this product the package was not filled up to the top but it wasn’t much of a problem. However, this is the second time I buy this product and it came to me a little over halfway full. This is the only reason I would not rate as excellent. ”
