Absolutely bloody useless, impossible to contact a PERSON, they don't knock they just dump the parcel and run, they damaged my parcel and didn't let me or the supplier know, their chat is a bloody robot no possible way to chat with a living being, their customer service number IS NOT customer service again a bloody robot, they simply DO NOT allow person to person contact by phone or app or chat, unfortunately i can't chose the courier if I did dpd WOULD NOT be on my list of options. An absolutely diabolically useless "courier / parcel delivery" company. Complaints option not available, they simply don't care about their customers!!!!!, it's all about MONEY, I couldn't leave zero stars as that options not possible

Drivers are very unprofessional, I was due a parcel few days ago the driver only comes for the pass few days , he takes a picture of the communal door then he leaves,he doesn't ring the intercom nor my phone then shortly after I get a message saying sorry I missed my delivery, your drivers are lazy and need to do better

total zero, even worse, apparently tired deliver my phone from repair twice, no email, no "sorry we missed you " total nothing, but they update in system 2 attemps has been made, and noone knows where is the phone, at the momnet 1.5 weeks, NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL, AVOID !!

Said parcel was coming Saturday! Then coming Sunday!! Then coming Monday which I took a day off work for to be in!!! Wasted my whole weekend waiting for a parcel which was lost but no body told me that!!! Obviously Saturday they knew this that’s why it wasn’t delivered!! Tell the customer the truth instead of wasting our time!!! I had to call my parcel (phone ) company to find out what was going on!! They had to contact dpd to be told they had lost it!!!

Don’t listen to feedback from numerous earlier failed deliveries, don’t even bother to ring the doorbell anymore and just leave the parcels on next door’s drive. Try to contact them and the don’t want to know - only open office hours? Don’t use them.

Lied and said they tried to deliver. Then when they did try two days later didn’t tell me. So I wasn’t in. Then they just sent product back to seller. Great service mugs

Waited in for delivery, knock at the door answered straight away but by the time I got to the door 1 minute at the most driver had posted a card through my door and drove off with my parcel. Not happy at all. Very poor service

I was informed my parcel would be delivered today 07/06/24 between 15.15/1545. I have received a text message to say sorry you were not home. Please be advised I was home. I have now had to rearrange another delivery!! This is unacceptable and not honest.

i received an email with a pin for delivery driver..i wait all day in my house for this parcel and after my delivery time 10.50 to 11.50 is gone i check the email again and show me - Sorry, your parcel could not be delivered as the receiver could not provide a valid PIN code at 11:18 - which is a big lie,because i was home all day long..stay away from DPD..!

Left my parcel on the front of my door in full view so my parcel got taken I live on a busy main road rang customer service to be put through to one women who I could hardly understand and was rude and who put the phone down, rude customer service and bad delivery service

No delivery of parcel two days on the trot,waited in all day on both days,driver never showed up,message can through saying"we missed you",this happens on a regular basis.Very poor service, going to start ordering from companies who don't use DPD.

Again, the email from DPD saying "delivery attempted" It wasn't. Tomorrow I am expecting DPD to deliver 3 months worth of frozen dog food. Last time the dog food was left it in the middle of a country lane, a mile from my house, not near any houses, but thankfully found by our local postman & dropped off. How one earth do you contact DPD about anything?

Waited in all day, as delivery time approached kept checking the app every minute or so to refresh the van location. It jumped from 'four stops away' to 'sorry we missed you' and a photo of the front door. If I had known the parcel would be shipped by DPD I would have made the purchase through someone else.

Avoid DPD for collection services, they don't guarantee to even collect and use 'at driver discretion' policy for what they will and won't accept when they arrive so basically the perfect excuse to not show up or even attempt collections. AVOID

The driver didn’t even attempt to deliver, he took a photo of the floor and pretended to attempt a delivery.

I am extremely disappointed with DPD's service. For two weeks, they have failed to deliver my essential medication despite my efforts to be home for each delivery attempt. On a Sunday, I received a time slot of 9:17 - 10:17 am, but at 9:18 am, I was notified that the delivery failed without any attempt to contact me. After a 30-minute call, I was promised a redelivery between 2:30 - 3:30 pm, yet at 1:30 pm, I was informed I had missed the delivery again due to the driver arriving early. This ongoing incompetence and lack of communication have caused significant stress and inconvenience, as I still do not have my medication. DPD's service is utterly unacceptable.

Said parcel was delivered to neighbour even sent a photo of their house however had the wrong name on the notification. Neighbour confirmed they did not have it. Called their customer service what a joke absolutely no help what so ever. How can a delivery company have no responsibility for their incompetent drivers.

Got message to say driver couldn't deliver parcel as no reply. Sent me a great picture of someone else's front door! Trying to speak to a human being at DPD virtually impossible. I have changed my delivery to a parcel shop: a bit annoyed as I had paid for next day delivery. 1 star is being generous.
