The courier sometimes - if we are lucky - rings the bell. More often than not, parcel dumped and drive and driver runs off. If dumped on the drive / doorstep it has NOT been delivered. In this area people are going behind couriers and stealing parcels that have just been dropped off. Drive is in full view of anyone walking by - how is that a safe place....?????

Terrible service, driver didn't even try to contact me on delivery, took a picture of the wrong house saying he tried and left. Gave specific instructions for the next day and uploaded a picture of my house, driver did the same thing, took a picture of the same house and left. Third day I waited outside and driver just drove past me and I got notification saying my delivery was refused because my item was damaged. I've taken time off work just to receive my delivery just to miss it, made several complaints about the inconvenience and they were no help at all.

Another failed DPD delivery despite assurances that an already delayed parcel would be delivered yesterday 20 Apr 24. The reason given is ‘due to unexpected circumstances’’ watever that means. Apparently DPD stands for Dynamic Parcel Distribution which in this case is laughable. I think it would be more appropriate of it was changed to Delayed Parcel Debacle.

I was expecting a package today (I was at home all day). DPD's tracking tells me it was delivered, and "received by Keren" (my name is Karen; I don't know anyone called Keren). It showed a picture of a doorstep that I don't recognise, with a package in front of a closed door. And that's supposed to be proof of delivery?? No card was left in the mailbox, so the tracking message is implying that it was delivered to me, at my address. But it wasn't. The upshot is I have no idea where my package is. It could be absolutely anywhere. As it's now Saturday (early) evening, I can't speak to anyone at Customer Service. The chatbot is worse than useless, failing to understand the problem and sending me around in endless circles, constantly referring me back to the tracking page (the same tracking page which insists my package was delivered)! I will now have to spend a huge amount of time chasing this up, as soon as the phonelines are open. This is absolutely appalling, and DPD should be ashamed of themselves for running such a disgraceful "service."

Today, I eagerly awaited a delivery from DPD company containing goods valued at over £2000. To my dismay, the delivery driver, Aamir, not only delivered the package to the wrong recipient in the incorrect building, but he also failed to notify me of the delivery. It seems apparent that he did not verify if the delivery was intended for the individual who received it.

Absolutely rubbish. Bullshitter driver saying he has tried to deliver. Been in all day and nothing on camera. It got to 6 o'clock and he obviously decided to go home. Wanker!

Two of my recent deliveries have failed because the driver takes parcels to the same house two doors down where the owner who is deaf doesn’t open the door My address is significantly different but with the same postcode Is this a satnav problem or driver incompetence

package delivered to p.o. at recipients post code. when trying to collect (3 TIMES) p.o. refusing to release. tried to contact DPD in various way ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE ridiculous customer service will NEVER USE THIS COURIER AGAIN

pakje werd beschadigd geleverd na 3 weken. volgens tracking waren we eerst niet thuis, daarna klopte het adres niet. tracking werd veranderd. is dan meer dan een week in het depot verbleven. werd op verkeerd adres geleverd, wat niet klopte. na bijna 3 weken dan toch ontvangen, maar beschadigd. dpd weigert te antwoorden op mijn mails, doen zelfs geen moeite. geen betrouwbare partner.

Man come to my house threw a box on the floor and said put your Dyson in that. It wouldn't fit then he said if it doesn't then he's leaving. I had to take the Dyson apart. Then he put load of stickers on the box then tried to had me the rubbish saying "Put that in a bin". I said it's your rubbish not mine. He then stormed off and as he drove off and threw the rubbish outside my house.

30th April sent the parcel from Sri Lanka with adding extra payments but still not delivered to UK. DPD promised to deliver within 10 days but now it is 16 days left. We need this parcel for New Year celebration. We should have to throwing our new year food. DPD wasted our money and hopes. Disappointed about your service.

Supposed to receive a parcel from a seller next day, this was last Thursday. It's Monday now, not arrived. Impossible to speak with anyone or send an email. Tracking site just says item is at Liverpool depot and there is a delay. Seller/sender unable to get any help either. Appalling lack of service. no wonder they didn't want to speak with anyone. 0 star service - DO NOT use DPD.

Due Sunday delivery which I paid extra for , message received Monday to say taken to wrong delivery depot and will be delivered Tuesday . No option to collect even though it would have been a 30 mile drive and now after waiting Sunday they won’t leave the parcel Tuesday as no one will be in ! The last delivery driver was rude and told me he had called the day before I said did you as we were home all day he replied well ‘ just letting you know too many people don’t want to wait home for their parcels anymore so we can’t leave them ‘ and off he stropped ! Someone clearly had p…ed on his chips that morning - thanks ASOS please use another delivery company in future

Rude and intimidating driver. Hurrendous attitude and after attempting to scan the parcel twice whilst continuing to be rude he decided he would refuse to deliver the parcel and refused to come to my property again.

Service is horrendous! If a company I went to buy 9nlihe from uses DPD I will not order from them, that's how bad they are. The company I used to buy product from used DPD for next day delivery. For some reason it took DPD 3 further days to give a date when I could receive my package( i didnt know this at the time, it was only when the seller told me). Annoying but OK I guess if the product I ordered wasn't refrigated food, which it was. So when I got a date it was coming it gave me the option of it going to a pick up point and not my house. As I was working I choose the pick up point at the end of my road. I have since been told by email by DPD if you do that it delays the delivery another day. I did not know that it did not tell me and if I knew I would not of done it as its refrigerated food but at this point I didn't even know DPD already had it for over 3 days. Then I got a message it won't be there till the next day (Friday) then on Friday I got another email saying it won't be there till Saturday then on Saturday I received another email it won't be there till Sunday. Then was also told by email that they were never going to send it Saturday and Sunday as its weekend but they sent me emails saying they would so they lie too. Horrendous service if I could give -0 stars I would. It does say its ready to pick up now which I'm surprised about it must stink as its obviously gone off what a waste. I will never know as I'm obviously not going to pick it up as I've told them.

I'm on the fourth day of waiting for my parcel. It's been all over the country with yesterday being the only attempt made so far apparently at 9:10am yet the driver wasn't in the street until 2 hours later at 11am. Today it's showing that the parcel is still at the depot. I've tried calling various lines and every single one of them has an automated message saying that the parcel is on the way without me having to put any input into the phone. We have rang from 3 different unconnected numbers with the same automated message every time.

Dreadful service. Two occasions recently. 1) Per their tracking they didn't even try to deliver to my address and dumped my order straight to a business address - not even neighbours - some distance away. 2) M+S use DPD for flower delivery. DPD say couldn't trace address yet address comes off Post Office database when ordering and is in an established residential area. Then DPD say goods are damaged. Previously I had arranged to collect a parcel from DPD depot Oldbury. When I got there parcel was actually in Stoke. I cringe now when I hear my goods are going to be delivered by DPD. There appears absolutely no commitment to the company or customers by DPD drivers/employees.
