They NEVER deliver on time! You always get the “Sorry we missed you” notification with a random picture. I had an order failing to deliver THREE TIMES, whilst sitting at home like an idiot! ACOID THEM!

Awful company,my porch door was open as per my instructions,my items should be left inside.I made that clear. The driver rang my bell but instead of leaving my item stood there ringing the bell.I am disabled & have been ill for over a week. I opened the door & said the porch door was open.I was immediately confronted by this driver saying 'don't shout at me'. Well I might have raised my voice as I am tired of endless delivery drivers ignoring my instructions but I did not shout at him. I ended up arguing with this wretched man.Then he said go back in & I will put your parcel in your porch which is what he should have done in the first place. Dreadful company.

Waited on all say for an important parcel then get a text saying nodody in and they've left it at some shop! Nobody even tried to deliver it. Absolutely rubbish service and lazy staff. Tried calling customer service and just got cut off when in the queue.

Delivery driver never turned up. Customer service tried to insinuate that the driver did everything correctly as he “took a photo on the premises”, which left me having to angrily explain that just because he took a photo of the premises does not mean he rang the doorbell or attempted collection. Since this is the second time this has happened for the same delivery (and same driver). I assume the people that I interacted with lack critical thinking skills and should probably not be in their positions of responsibility (who would’ve thought a delivery driver needs to ring a doorbell). The first time round customer service advised me to buy another label to get another collection, which was ridiculously unhelpful. The second time round they told me to contact DPD-local but couldn’t provide a phone number, email or website to do so.

Either the diver lied about attempting delivery or he and his van were outfitted with very effective stealth gear because he didn't trigger the motion sensor in my Ring doorbell

Absolutely disappointed with DPD’s service. Delivery drivers consistently ignore drop-off instructions, falsely claim no one is home, and upload random, unrecognizable photos as “proof” of attempted delivery. To make matters worse, packages are redirected to the post office without any notice. This level of service feels deceptive and unprofessional. DPD needs to seriously review their processes and improve reliability.

DPD do not deliver. Drop-off instructions not adhered too. The drivers report that you are not in and then try to provide odd unrecognisable random photo as some kind of proof that they tried to deliver. DPD then drop off at the post office. Looks like a scam to me. Truly awful. They need investigating.

Dpd are an actual joke. How these fools still have their jobs is beyond me. They have never managed a successful delivery for me. “Sorry we missed you” you should be sorry. I was here. They are completely useless and unbelievably lazy. Any time I see my parcel “will be delivered” by DPD I actually grind my teeth because you know fine well it will never be delivered. Parcel is now 3 days late. They know their service is so bad when there’s barely any option for you to contact them. The company should be abolished since they do sweet FA anyway, they are truly the worst courier I have ever had the misfortune of getting. Or not getting.

I’m absolutely frustrated with DPD's service. I received both an SMS and an email saying my package was ready for collection, so I asked my friend to come with his car to pick it up, because the place was unchangable and at a self service at a gas station. However, when we got to the location, we scanned the QR code, opened the hatch and... nothing was there. What kind of service is this? It’s unbelievable that I was notified it was ready, only to find out it wasn’t. Completely unreliable and disappointing. Please also see the photos I've attached.

DPD has my parcel and had it for 3 days still cannot deliver it for another 2 days probably won’t get it then I am going to ask sellers who they use to deliver the parcel if it’s DPD I will not buy from them we should all do this put these useless people out of business definitely the poorest

Every time I order something from Amazon and I see it’s going to be delivered DPD I get frustrated because DPD fail to deliver every time, EVERYTIME. There’s clearly some numbty at the Hinckley warehouse because it never gets by Hinckley. Another 4 days waited, another birthday ruined because DPD fail to do the only job they do DELIVER PARCELS….. get a grip of yourselves.

driver ""attempted"" to deliver twice. first time took a pic of another place. second time paid £5 for next day delivery but just a pic of driver holding the parcel was given and said "sorry we missed you". i was home both days and their call centre said driver hadnt even been in my area. terrible drivers, avoid at all costs!

To be HONEST, I THINK DPD IS PROBERLY THE BEST OF A BREAK DOWN IN BRITISH SERVICE. EVERY 1 WANTED CHINESE PAPP . YOU GOT IT. LOL 😆 🤣 😂 STOP CRYING 😢 😭 AND FACE UP 2 REALITIES. BRITAIN IS SOLD DOWN THE DIRTYIST RIVERS.

Absolutely awful! Ordered M&S flowers to be delivered as a birthday gift to a family member and the driver dumped them on her doorstep, didn't knock, no card through the door, flowers left in sub-zero temperatures for 12 hours and are now wilted. I had to message to see if my family member had found the flowers which was very embarrassing as it looked like I was fishing for a thank you when I just didn't want them to receive wilted flowers. This is not the first time this sort of thing has happened, last time they lost my partners extremely important photographs for an exhibition and several other times they've said we weren't in when we were! Literally in the kitchen next to the front door! Awful service and unhelpful & next to useless customer service. I've added two photos - what the flowers were meant to look like and what they actually looked like after 12 hours in freezing temperatures ...

After waiting and watching the door for the slot hour l get a picture of main door and message that parcel will be delivered Monday, live chat advisors are useless for they just close chat without resolution. Sadly l was told driver don't use delivery instructions, shocking....... Parcel not received!

Absolutely horrible company, so many reviews saying the same thing about drivers not ringing door bells to avoid delivering parcels. Customer service confirmed the driver did get to my front door but for reasons best known to them, they refused to ring the doorbell ?????? Making a disabled woman pick up the parcel from a shop 3 miles from her home. Customer service apologised and suggested “you could send someone to pick it up”. If I had someone to pick up my parcels I wouldn’t have opted to have it delivered to my house. Absolutely unacceptable

Absolutely trashed two wood figures, clearly marked fragile, they must have purposely thrown the boxes around to cause the damage that they did. Totally incompetent.

The delivery experience I endured was nothing short of appalling and entirely unacceptable. On the first attempt, the driver, who was just six stops away, abruptly left without delivering my parcel, falsely reporting that I was not present—an outright lie. This unprofessional behavior not only wasted my time but also undermined the reliability I expected from the service. The following day, things went from bad to worse. I was forced to wait outside in subzero temperatures for over **four hours beyond the promised delivery window**—a total delay of more than five hours. This level of disregard for customer time and wellbeing is utterly disgraceful. To add insult to injury, as I continued waiting, the app inaccurately displayed that the driver was still 11 stops away when, in fact, he had already arrived. This glaring discrepancy left me completely baffled and further eroded any trust in the system. It was only by sheer luck that someone at my door happened to notice the delivery while I stepped inside briefly to get a glass of water. Had it not been for this fortunate coincidence, I might never have received my parcel. This entire ordeal reflects gross incompetence, a lack of accountability, and a complete failure to provide even a basic level of service. Such unprofessionalism is entirely unacceptable, and I sincerely hope that corrective measures are taken to prevent this from happening to any other customer in the future. The best part is on the app it shows the delivery time is between their delivery window which was 16:00-17:00. But the delivery made after 20:00 and the picture was taken at that time which was after 20:00. Check in the attached photo.
