“Great product, very fast servers. But DO NOT EXPECT SUPPORT OUTSIDE OF 9am-5PM IT SIMPLY DOES NOT EXIST. You will get their outsourced call centre who will just take your message and send it as an email to them. When they get back at 9am in the morning you're request will be dealt with. No where do they stipulate the support hours.”

“Worked well for the most part. I spoke to someone on the phone who was really great and helpful and understood some people are not as tech savvy as themselves, excellent telephone customer service. When I asked questions on line, the responses were a little less well worded ie. didn't seem to understand the question and rather than ask again, gave slightly condescending responses which was frustrating at the time. The service is working perfectly now, got there in the end.”

“What I like is that your in melbourne. And have good prices. What I dislike is although there is support. I didn't realise I would have so much to do to set up a new email address. With no experience using back office to manage this myself was overwhelming. I would have preffered dreamit create the email address for me. Now I am trying to get accounts on my laptop and phone again on my own. I have instructions but lack experience. This makes the process not very easy and a bit complicated. Perhaps a small set up fee for someone else to do it would have made the process a lot easier. I also tried the DIY website builder.. again if you don't have experience. Its not going to p look very professional so maybe a waste of time for me. Staff don't know enough about how to set up emails. Obviously there are lots of ways. But they should know. I feel like my email is DIY. I'm getting hosting. But I don't even know if I'm doing it right so its super stressful. Currently I have emails on my laptop. Not my phone. And the emails are sending but not receiving. I'll try to resolve this today.”

“I found DreamIT Host's customer service to be well above my expectations for a hosting company. My questions before signing up were answered very promptly, and then when I decided to sign up, they migrated my WordPress site from my previous host very quickly with notifications along the way. So far, I haven't had any issues with speeds - I am only using their base minimum shared hosting plan. All in all, a pretty good experience so far”

“I can truly say I am glad I transferred to DreamIT as the servers a fast, the interface is clean and precise. cPanel is easy to get around. Other than a few teething problems I am having, I am very happy with everything and once these minor problems are solved I don’t see me transferring anywhere else in the future. I find support to be quick in resolving issues and extremely patient. Overall I am very impressed with DreamIT and will be recommending your service very highly.”

“Do not go with the internet recommended Siteground, Dreamhost is LOCAL, works through the night to sort your problems out so you don't lose time with customers. Where does the support end? “I discovered DreamIT Host while searching for a high speed Australian based web hosting. After shortlisting 3 companies I decided to take a chance on this company and it has proven to be the best choice I could have made. As an veteran IT professional, I know my stuff when it comes to 3rd party web hosting. There are 3 key areas to look at, aside from cost. 1. Hardware capability. 2. Serviec reliability. 3 Support responsiveness. DreamIT run some of the fastest and most capable hosting hardware available today. Modern CPU's, high speed memory, and the fastest SSD storage available. In the time that I have been with them I have experienced only a single outage and this was entirely out of their control. None the less, credits were provided far beyond my expectations, and with out any of the normal hassles that other providers love to put you through. Support is second to none. Jamie is a legend when it comes to support. Usually I get a resonse within 15 minutes of submitting an email request. And even when I'm satisfied that my issue is resolved, he is continuing to work in the back end to not only fix the problem but to ensure that they understand why it happened and improve things to prevent it from happening again. If you need we hosting then you simply can't go past these guys.”

“Around And About has been in business for the last 16 years, we needed to find new email hosting company. The following was important to Around And About:- Australian based company, local support, backups, SSL, webmail access, malware scan and offer course price was a major concerns. After extensive search we find DreamIT. They were able to tick all the boxes. “Came across this site while trying to find a simple and effective host for our preschool site. I had purchased from other domain providers but was not 100% happy as they all had hidden costs and were not easy to use. DreamIT has lived up to all my expectations so far and its user friendly interface is brilliant. There appear to be no hidden costs and it is working for me.
