Unfortunately, we are the latest to be suckered by this company.
Bought tickets for £3200 for business class flights for my wife and my me in May (for our honeymoon). We bought these back in January and were told like others that we would receive the tickets 4w prior to our flights.
We have emailed 4 times over the past week and called frequently only being hung up on (we are literally in the queue again right now).
We still have no tickets and no confirmation. Unfortunately, if we don't receive anything by Saturday we'll have to take this up with our credit card company and delay our honeymoon months to get an alternative deal elsewhere.
Please, if you're reading this, just go through the airline or someone reputable. It isn't worth the hassle.”

a return flight to South Africa. The airline had contacted me directly noting that they would refund the ticket at full cost 700 days ago....
I thus reached out to Dream World where they confirmed they had the funds and were going to charge me 15% for processing the refund.
Well, I still haven't received my money that they have ILLEGALLY held onto for 2 years. With each enquiry, I am told it is still being processed and they are sorry that it is taking so long......
THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 15% FOR THE LUXURY OF KEEPING YOUR MONEY FOR 700+ DAYS!?!?! BE WARNED”
“I have very bad experience with this dream world travel. I requested for refund my ticket and . They have taken money from airline one year ago . I have sent a lot of emails but they are not paying me. I have told by airline that your agent have received money. I will ask you if they are not cooperating, you contact with airline and email them and complain with your reference regarding your matter”
“booked flights for October, all looked legit, receipts etc, tried to follow up for to get seats booked etc due to my mother having specific needs, for nearly a month, i,ve tried to get any answer or flight references, nothing, auto responses by email, phone wait 60 min and cuts off, or answer machine and no responses at all, its a big holiday and tickets are expensive, only resolution is refund and try somewhere else, bank cannot do anything until flight has passed”
“This company is a FRAUD they book your tickets and has use the pandemic as an excuse not to refund you your ticket payment I’ve been waiting over 2 1/2 years I’ve contacted them and they lied and said that the refund has been sanctioned and I will get a refund in 24 hours however when you tried to call the number now or numbers to dreamworld cannot connect. They are cheaters and lying rouges. I will be seeking small claims towards them.”
“I have bought a ticket from London Heathrow to Dhaka-bangladesh in Tuesday 29th March 2022 and Paid£700. But unfortunately I haven’t received the ticket yet. I called them and they told me they are issuing the ticket before 10 days of the departure of the flight and departure date is 29th of April 2022. No idea. Please share your ideas or advice me. “If I could score 0 I would. We booked flights before covid which then got cancelled. We were told we could reschedule the flights but these would cost an extra £600 even tho the flights for that day on their website were the amount we initially paid. We have now been waiting over a year for our refund which has also had a 15% admin fee taken off of it. Every time I contact they say there is a back log of refunds, even though we were told up to 12 weeks. Do not book with this company. If you’re trying to get a refund try and go through your bank like we have been advised to do now.”

We booked flights to India 2 months ago and still waiting for flight tickets. We then got told our flight had changed and that we would have to wait 24hours at the connecting destination. Now we are travelling with an elderly man who wouldn’t be able to do such a long stopover. There’s a week left till our supposed flight and we are stuck as we haven’t been told what is happening and if they can find us another flight or do we need to find another flight and pay out a load of money now for last minute flights to India. Please don’t book with this service. They’ve been awful and rarely ask their calls!”

“THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! KEEP AWAY! We bought air tickets from them and on our way back the flights got cancelled due to Covid. We travelled back by another airline emergency flight additional full fare. After reaching to UK, we applied for the partial refund on our tickets with this company run by crooks. They kept promising that they are waiting for the refund to process every time we make enquiry. It is now coming to almost 2 years since we applied for the refund. Now they have even stopped responding to our emails and complaints! I had another relative who bought tickets from another company and travelled with us and they got their refund in a month's time of applying for it here. Dream World Travel are literally unscrupulous scammers, cheaters and an unethical company! And when it comes to service, there is none and if you try to claim money back for some reason, even if it's your right, you can forget it. There is no regulatory body, no airline help and no government help to get it back, unless one takes them to the Court.
I would be very, very sceptical of good reviews here, they appear to be written more to offset negative reviews and do not talk about any specifics. Look at the majority of negative reviews, they speak for themselves!”

Calling them for the last 3 -4 days and hours on phone ( line get disconnected automatically after long wait )
THEY said ticket will be issued in 24 hours but it's now 48 hours and I gave Yahoo and Gmail IDs as they claim there are issues with yahoo.

I'm a regular flyer. During covid I had to cancel a few tickets. All other companies refunded in full or took a small administration fee around £50 -60
Dream World refund is only a dream. No refund so far (14/3/22) despite receiving this email on 12th July 2021

“I booked/paid for 5 tickets to Lahore on the 11.10.21.
I kept emailing asking for the tickets to be sent out but they said they would closer to the time. Well I contacted PIA direct a couple of months ago only to find out that the flight is no longer operational. I contacted Dream world travel on several I occasions and I would get an answer saying your tickets are confirmed and will be issues in 2 weeks. How they can they issue tickets for a flight that doesn’t exist. It has taken me hours and hours on the phone to DWT but still no answers. If I was to book my tickets else where now they will be more expensive. Hence that’s why I booked early. My mother In law hasn’t seen her grandchildren and son in 3 years.
Dream world travel has caused me such metal pressure that I definitely will be taking things further. Can’t believe they can treat customers like this and still be allowed to operate. Absolutely disgusting.”
