“I have been using duales for a few years now using their home delivery service. Now for the first time I have sent money directly to my friends bank account. I am pleased to say that the service is just as good! i have never had a problem using them, the service is fast and the rates are good!”

“Yo envié dinero hacia cuba para que se lo llevaran a la casa y llego en dos días, súper agradecida con la compañía y con la chica Sonia que me atendió (cubana) la cual me ayudó mucho con sus recomendaciones pues al principio ni me dejó enviar cierta cantidad pero con su ayuda todo fue más fácil. Recomendado 100%”

“Sent money to my wife in Mayari. I entered a wrong number in her account. That was on Friday. Sonia, at Duales helped me correct my error. My wife received her money the next day. Duales worked perfectly for me and deserves 5 stars. But, Sonia, from Duales deserves 10 stars for all her help.”

“I love the company. But hate that you have placed a limit on how much can be sent. I’m in Canada, why I am being charged in US currency and paying a fee. For this I miss my western union. I could send whatever amt and pay in Canadian currency.”
