“Simply a very good service. I'm amaze how simple, reliable and efficient the whole transaction was, from creating an account to completing the transfer. And the cubans receive the money fast, as said, without any hassle and headache for neither the sender nor the receiver. Just like the cubans would say : "Un servicio de primera !"”

“Ive used Duales' services several times. It has always been easy, efficient and seamless. Until yesterday. The money delivered was $1 short of what was sent. Sure, what's $1 you say? But it's the principle and given the possibility for trickery, this raised my concerns. Im transmitting this event to Duales directly as well.”

“Great site - easy to use and can used credit or interac transfers. The money always arrives the next day - sometimes with COVID it takes two days for Home Delivery. Bit pricey due to exchange rates but overall a great service and love it. Fast and Easy!”
