“Having used this service several times now, I can say that the process to send money is fairly straightforward and seamless, as well as being very secure. On the opposite end, my recipient received the money usually the day after, so this service is reliable, safe, efficient and, cheaper than others I have used, such as Western Union, or SendValue. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to send money.”

“The service is easy to use and the money gets there quickly. The fees are high but I like the home delivery . I use it often to get money to my wife and family in Cuba. I also like the fact that it is a Canadian company”

“Your home-delivery outside Havana is extremely convenient and has been very prompt during the COVID-19 pandemic, yet it costs about the same as a bank transfer which forces the recipient to travel downtown to get the funds.”

“I am very satisfied with the service I have been receiving Duales.com. My friend in Cuba is able to go to a local bank and receive the funds that I send her. I am bothered bye the fact that the Cuban Government sets the value of the CUC based on the value of the American Dollar. In reality the CUC has no value in world markets.”
