“For anyone hesitant to use this service, let me tell you that I was in the exact same boat. We all know how difficult it is to send any assistance easily to Cuba. So I decided to send funds to some of our resort service friends in a "test" of this service. The added worry for me was that I was sending the funds to the city of Remedios in Santa Clara district (Not Havana and not so close to the airport). The transfer process was SO easy. I registered, entered the recipient info, and completed the request. I was then able to easily make an e-transfer from my internet banking account. EASY. FAST. No hoops to jump through. We were told that delivery would occur within 4 days. To our utter delight, delivery was made in 2 days directly to the recipients' home in Remedios. As an initially skeptical client, I strongly recommend Duales.”

“This review is just based on creating an account and sending one remittance. I did this yesterday, so don't know how the rest of the process will play out. So far, I'm very happy. The website is easy to use; it was easy to create an account; it feels very secure; and I was very happy to be able to use e-transfer since it seems as a secure way to go. The fee is very low. As soon as I sent the e-transfer, I received confirmation by email. I'll try to remember to send a review once the money has been received in Cuba (by home delivery). I'm very happy that duales is still working during covid.”

“I don't know if the money was sent because I never received confirmation of my email transfer being received. If he receives the money in Boca de Camarioca then I will definitely use this service again. So far he has not received the money?”

“This was my first experience with duales. I was searching the net for a company to send money to a relatives in Cuba and came across Duales-Com. I decided to try it and was amazed by the servicie they offered. Trustworthy, fast, honest and reliable, the funds gets delivered directly to the home. I am happy that it is base in Ontario, whenever I encounter any technical problems, I received a quick responses to my issues. I am very happy with the service they provide. “I just registered a couple weeks ago and at first I was a bit frustrated with a error that occurred mostly on my part. Customer Service Sonia & Henry reacted instantly to find the issue and correct as needed. I found that after I used the site the second time it is a very professional service and I'm very happy they can provide help sending family and friends money as needed.. I would highly recommend this site..”
