“This review is about the Locust Grove,Tanger location.I observed a tall lady getting on to the older woman at the counter about my order i was waiting on. it was a mobile order. turns out it was already sitting on the end of counter ready. But the older woman working the front counter wasn't aware of that, so asked and was told by the manager that it was right there, i mite add very loudly and very hatefully. The older lady working the front counter said I'm wrong I'm always wrong. then the manager Kelly yelled at her and said just clock out and go home Tammy! Wow I've never seen a manager that talks to employees like this. SO unprofessional! I just wanted you to know how this manager talks to her employees. She is in need of anger management training![the manager] Hope this type of management is not the type of management that your company accepts!”

“I had a great experience at Dunkin’ Worksop recently, thanks to one of the staff members, Olivia. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of her way to make sure my order was perfect. It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely enjoys what they do and brings such a positive vibe to the place. Olivia’s warm attitude and attention to detail made my morning so much better.Thank you”
