“Had a delivery today . Was given drivers name who was Wayne. Excellent service we had to go out so left a note on the door letting him know where to put the parcel . After leaving the parcel he left a card and removed the note so nobody could see that he had left a parcel. Thankyou Wayne for a brilliant service.”

“Delivered my bicycle overnight and on time, no damage. The driver phoned me 5 minutes before arrival and helped me into my house with it . I was very worried about it due to all the negative reviews, but I didn't need to worry it all went well.”

“Having seen the reviews I was quite concerned about my delivery. However, I had a live plant delivery from DX Express today. Box was intact, plants inside not damaged at all and it arrived on the earlier side of the estimated delivery time. Very happy. Drivers name was Alfred. A+ :)”

“Hi I just received a delivery via dx. I was told that it would only be delivered to the doorstep but Lee the delivery driver put it inside for me. It was raining and he did it without any fuss and a smiling friendly disposition. Thank you Lee for your help and for being so kind. You are an asset to your company.”

“I would just like to say a big thank you to DX Express. Especially to delivery driver James. I ordered a very heavy leisure battery from Tanya. Apart from the fact he carried the battery up 3 flights of steps he asked if I wanted it taking it to where it was to be used (another 30 meters away). He did this very cheerfully. Please thank him from me. He is a credit to your company.”

“After reading all the bad reviews left by other customers I was actually very worried as I never heard about DX del.company. BUT what an outstanding service. I was updated from start to finish and received my order in the time slot that has been giving to me. Delivery driver was friendly, kind and professional! Placed my parcel where it was needed. Please people remember these drivers are working very hard, just trying to make decent living. Often very long hours to make up to 100 of deliveries all over your borough. Just be kind & understanding there is no need to leave disgusting reviews just try to resolve any problems with the company and keep it moving. I work in retail & its nearly impossible to please everybody especially the negative minded people. Thank you DX for my new beautiful carpet bought from Argos. Appreciate it. L.”
