“Just received my order from DX, e-mailed me this morning informing me my order was arriving between 1pm and 3pm, arrived at 1-30pm, well pleased with this service, courier was polite, and took all my details before handing over my order well done DX!”

“Had a time slot by email and added dx tracker. I couldnt be home on time for the delivery. I was worried because I have never heard of this company. The parcel was left at my back door which is safe at my property a card was posted through the door informing me where left. no digital delayed notices. Wish more delivery companies would go back to basic common sense deliveries”

“I have just had a parcel delivered and i must say i am at odds with the previous reviews.The weather was snowy+wet and yet it was delivered only a few minutes outside the delivery slot advised,text notifications+great tracking. Well done DX!”

“I ordered a sofa bed from John Lewis, which was delivered to Skye on 30th November. The delivery drivers were very friendly, cheerful and helpful. I was very happy with the sofabed and with the delivery service.”

“Arranged to pick up a return today with shop but received a phone call from Watford office saying it wasn’t so. After telling the lady I was promised a collection she said she would do what she could. After looking at the reviews I didn’t hold out much hope, but surprisingly a van turned up. Well done DX!!,”

“ordered an expensive item from a jewelers Saturday 7th November. The next day Sunday 8th we got word from the jeweller that the item had been posted and our courier would be DX and our item would arrive the next day Monday 9th.. Having never heard of DX couriers i went on line to see what they were all about.. wish i hadn't as 99% of reviews were bad.. We needn't have been concerned!! Monday morning DX got in touch and gave us a 2 hour delivery spot, not only that but they allowed us to track the delivery van and all his drops right up to our door.. Bang on time the DX driver appeared at our door.. Perfect, Thank you DX”

“Bought carpet online, company used DXdelivery. After reading all these reviews I was worried there would be problems, they received my package on the Wednesday evening and it was delivered Friday morning by a very helpful man. Cannot fault them!”

“My wife was in urgent need of a wheelchair. DX stated they would deliver today between 7 am and 7pm. When no sign by 3pm I checked here for reviews and my heart sank. An hour later the chair was delivered in good condition and on time.”

“After reading some of the reviews I was wondering whether my delivery would arrive at its destination. I was waiting on a full staircase being picked up from the factory in London. I received an email with a tracking number and sure enough the delivery arrived on time and no damage (3 separate items) so I am am happy with the service from DX Courier Edinburgh depot.”

“Can’t lie, after reading these reviews my expectations were not high. My package was a uk-uk overnight delivery. Sent yesterday afternoon, the tracking site told me it was on the road this morning, and it arrived at 1445 today in good order. The courier was efficient and cheerful, and “handed” it over (appropriate social distancing) with a smile. I can’t ask any more of a courier company, and they deserve this 5-star review.”

“After reading some poor reviews was a bit worried that I would have issues with the garden furniture I had brought How wrong I was to worry.They gave me a delivery date I accepted and they kept me informed right up to the day of delivery,which again was great can not fault the service”
