"Company is a joke and customer service is non existent.\r\n\r\nKeep receiving emails that the item is out for delivery but then receive a message saying more information is needed even tho the DX van had been atbthe delivery address.\r\n\r\nTry to contact the company and good luck to anyone that actually needs to speak to a person as it would appear no one actually had a phone. Resigned to the fact that over \u00a3150 of Christmas presents will not be here despite having been out for delivery since 10th December.\r\nI pray to god I never have to deal with this shower again."

"These clowns are even worse than yodel. Delivered to wrong address and no clue where as the \u201csafe place\u201d photo they supplied was just a closeup of someone\u2019s open shed \/ garage - looked abandoned. Impossible to find where they delivered it \u201cexactly\u201d - could literally be anywhere. \r\n\r\nTracking is a joke as they said it was being delivered on the Saturday but then delivered to wrong address on Monday. Don\u2019t use this company. Zero stars."

"My parcel was not delivered, and they are clearly lying because 3 hours before the supposedly attempted delivery it already said it was scanned into their logistical center.\r\n\r\nI was tracking the map and when they were close I left the door open and was looking over the balcony and they did not even get close to the building and suddenly it said \u00b4\u00b4consignee no longer at address awaiting further instructions\u00b4\u00b4\r\n\r\nit is a really awful and poor service since they also do not take phone calls, its only an automated service. They caused me to start my new job without my uniform, how horrible!"
