Where do I start, they said the supplier hadn’t delivered them anything so back and forth until they admitted they had the parcel. Then they said they were going to call on a number ending 162, no call. On the day of delivery they told me it was out for delivery so took an emergency days holiday and it arrived around 6pm. Delivery driver sat in the van on a call, so I opened the gates and pottered round the garden for 10 mins whilst he finished, he then dropped the back of the van but didn’t use the tail lift, and picked up the over large - over weight package of a SHED with no truck, I asked where his truck was and he just stared at me and dropped the parcel in the garden and walked away. Worst case of H&S I’ve ever seen, he lifted this large package from height and was clearly struggling. I couldn’t even move it to go on a truck that is how heavy it was. No call or text to say on the way or a timescale. Package was sent on 14th arrived on 17th .

I ordered a product 4 days ago and my order was meant to arrive yesterday (Wed 13th January). I got a DX message saying it would arrive on that day but then l got another message next day saying that due to a network issue my order has been delayed till the next working day. I am still waiting for my products to arrive and hopefully I will get them today but it's a little disappointing services from DX. I just wondered if you could give me an update on when they will arrive. My consignment number is 10318665. Thank you Douglas Beattie

Delivery person didnt come to deliver,or even leave a card. It was a free delivery,but I was offered a redelivery on a saturday without being told you charge for it. Then she said i could have redelivery free as a goodwill gesture! What a cheek!! I waited in all day for that parcel.

Pretty poor courier service - tracking function is very limited, with no pre-warning when delivery will be made, other than on the morning of delivery, which is not much help if you have no idea when to expect the delivery. The delivery slot is 9-5, which isn't very helpful for people living in the 21st century that can't be at home all day. No option to change the delivery date or location without having to call the company - I called the general inquiry number, held for about ten minutes, then was told I needed to contact the local depot instead. Unlike many other courier services, there's no option to pick a parcel up from a collection point, other than their limited range of personal depots. Compared to a lot of other courier services, DX seems very limited and out-dated. I wouldn't use if you have another choice.

I was supposed to receive a parcel today from vfs while i was tracking the parcel it showed delivered. I tried to contact DX they asked me to check different house. The delivery needed my signature still it was delivered to different house . DX delivered my parcel to different street with same house number. I personally went to few house and asked if they had my parcel. Luckily i got my parcel.

The item we ordered 8 weeks ago still hasn't been delivered. The first item, they broke so we had to reorder. We've been waiting for the delivery of the 2nd order for 3 weeks now with no straight answer as to why they can't deliver. Even the company we've ordered from can't get a straight answer from them. 1st excuse was, they needed help finding the address......we live in clear sight on a main road, google takes you straight to it......2nd excuse was that they tried to deliver but no one was in.....I was in all day waiting having taken a day off from work. The company we have ordered from are now chasing it for us but even they have admitted that they can't get a reason as to why it's still not been delivered! Terrible company, I won't be ordering from a company if these are their delivery company

A driver for this company hit my car repeatedly with his van door today at my local petrol station. Made rude gestures and cursed at me. Wouldn't ever think of using this company if this is who they have representing them. I am awaiting a response from customer services but don't hold much hope. Will update if I ever get a response.

We are waiting for an important document to be delivered by them, it's been 3 days in a row I'm sitting at my home waiting for my parcel. I have given my phone number for them to call on. The driver never calls on our phone. I live in a flat and as It is difficult for me to know if the driver is at our place I gave my consent to call on my number. I have already given my number, but still I called again on their customer service and talked to a lady, told her to please ask the driver to call us as he reaches here. And again I'm waiting today, he came and didn't called and just left. I called the customer service again. A lady named Sandra attended the call and she said she was the one at the office the other day and she do not remember anyone calling and asking to let the driver known to call us. I felt like I had to prove myself to them that. Then their manager took the phone and said the driver will contact me and deliver the parcel. But as I was looking into my tracking it says it automatically rebooked the delivery on Monday. This is pure rubbish and unprofessional. The document I'm waiting for is very important and I have told them that as well. I really don't know what to do at this point. I cannot give them a zero star as it doesn't let me do so, otherwise I would have given that. This is my first experience with DX and I would never recommend this to anyone.

absolutely atrocious, find a different courier if you value your company. Turn up late all the time, they think its ok to deliver to a company after closing time,make no apologies for late or damaged, even after they cause the problems they make no attempt to rectify, its as if they tell you what to do rather than givean even half decent service

Driver showed up, I couldnt walk down but have him on camera. left in 2 min no package, no delivery note just left. Never came on the 19th, depot doesn't answer. Rebooked for 23rd, unable to deliver today. I have added pics showing this.

Getting through to customer service was a nightmare! The noise in the background of the office far to loud!! Lady didn't even know when my replacement was being delivered, just the collection of the faulty goods!! Given me a ten hour window!! Dreadful service!!

Useless! I spend hours on chat and then once I get an agent they just cancel and I have to wait another 40 minutes. Bethany on email was completely unhelpful! Can’t get hold of them. They refuse to book a time slot so they just arrive when I’m not home or cancel on the hour. They also go to the wrong address and now way to get hold of them. They refuse to call. Waited days for my package with no solution whatsoever.

Three times they stated they would deliver ... and two times they failed to. Third time they delivered to the totally wrong address. Is it so difficult to read an address? Customer communications are non existent and I would suggest anyone thinking of using this company to think again.

Advised delivery was to be between 1447 and 1647, tracked vehicle all around my area until it headed out onto the motorway. Customer services says 50 minute wait online chat useless Company useless

Gave me a date for delivery, waited all day and never arrived. Tried contacting them but never got a reply back. When I managed to communicate with someone on their web chat, got a very patronising “ we’re sorry for your inconvenience and we know how frustrating it can be”. Terrible service and company, wasn’t my choice unfortunately, I ordered from Keter and they must be their choice of courier. Would have given zero stars if possible.
