Awful company use at your own financial risk I purchased return flights to Greece last year that were cancelled by Easyjet due to the pandemic I decided to rebook for this April 2021 so checked online the price before going ahead, and was happy to find out that they were more or less the same price. However when I had to pay the price shoot up by more than £100?? I went ahead as I did not have much choice (not offered a refund). I then discovered few weeks ago that they have been cancelled again. Easyjet did not let me know , I had to check my booking to find out. I this time insisted for a refund but Easyjet only refunded me the first payment but for some reasons not the second payment that I made when rebooking. Despite contacting them several times, they gave me a different stories each time and asked me to wait, moving the goalpost by few weeks each time. I have now contacted my bank and initiated a chargeback / section 75 in order to recover my money. Do not wait weeks to get your money back as they will stall the refund by any means. Go to your bank directly and get it sorted before the time runs out and you get nothing except a useless voucher or have to rebook your flights at a much higher cost that they are advertised online. I will never use Easyjet again as they are not trustworthy, stay well away too if you value, your time, money and sanity...

During the pandemic I ve had 2 trips cancelled and had to change one . One refund done simply on line , ok had to be patient but got money back in a few weeks . One refund request over phone ( waited in queue about 20 mins ,) money back on card in 3 days , one flight change , website not working beyond confirm changes so called ,15 min wait and had flights changed to another week free of charge . Customer service staff great . Tough times for all Thank you EJ customer service

Requested a refund for a cancelled flight on the 5th of January as Easyjet left us stranded in Fuerteventura! I am still waiting for a refund for the cancelled flights! What a joke. Care of duty = 0. Ridicioulos service. Would have thought because they left us stranded, they would at least sort the refund out so I can find another way home! I had to borrow money from family so we could get home!!!!!! They just pull their shoulders up when I asked when will they fly us home. Worst airline I ever dealt with!!!!! AVOID AS THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT ANYONE!

Easyjet gave me problems. I have a flight from Seville to Gatwick on 7th of March which I want to change it and it is supposed I would have to pay the change difference. It doesn't happen. I tried to managed the booking for 23rd of April, same destination, and there is no fee difference, deduction. I have to pay the whole flight, all the price. I tried to call to customer service but they cannot do nothing. Even, there is more expensive. I asked if there is a possibility to speak with IT as it could be a mistake from the website but they said no. Conclusion. Easyjet is not flexible and he felt like he was theft as he has to pay a whole new flight when they specified only the difference fare to be pay. Easyjet - Difficultjet.

Worst company ever!! !On 7 November Easyjet cancelled my flights which were supposed to be departing 22nd of December. I requested a cash refund which supposedly would take 30 days to be complete. It's now been almost 2 months and I still haven't received my money. I called CS and was told they would check with their financial team. Days have passed and I still haven';t received anything. You cancelled my flights almost 2 month ago, give me back MY MONEY!!

I was denied boarding from this flight, they said I had the wrong covid-19 test even though I had a negative test taken within 72 hours of the flight as stated. I have contacted customer service multiple times to try to get a refund or at least the reason I was denied boarding in documentation so I can submit it to my travel insurance company, but cannot get a response back, except one stating that the reason I was denied boarding was that I showed the test on my phone, which I know to be false because I saw plenty of people do the same thing and be denied boarding and there is no policy on their website on what kind of test to take or that it can't be shown on a phone. I lost a business opportunity and hundreds of euros in accommodation and travel expenses in Spain. I will never fly this airline again, even if I have to take layovers to avoid it, and I hope after continuing to reach out, one day they'll have the decency to give me a legitimate reason for being denied boarding.

They are real trash. They did not let me board my connecting flight from Egypt to Barcelona on December 13, 2020. They claimed that easyjet do not offer connections because their flights are all one way. With both flights paid of course and € 0 refunded they are a bunch of useless and incompetent cnts. I lost + € 500 and a 5-day stay in London buying another flight with another airline. Do yourself a favor and hire another airline, with these useless fcks you won’t be going anywhere.

Unfortunately the company .... not only is one of the worst that I have had to face, but when faced with it in the world, people have an opinion about all the British. If they cannot get their money back, then what is it to talk about foreigners. It's sad. If only they were condemned for such an attitude.

Excellent flight ! From Catania to London Gatwick! Ezy8568. Sunday 11th October . Beautiful holiday in Sicily . Very organised & efficient easy jet stewards , with Covid 19 . So friendly and professional with the new way of flying with corona virus. Always fly with Easy jet Number one budget Airline! Fantastic!

I thought booking a quick flight to London for £35 was too good to be true, and it was. I arrived to the airport 1.5 hours early to discover they cancelled my booking without telling me. I only received a confirmation email, and no cancellation. The attendant refused to apologise and blamed my bank for refusing the transaction. How do you send a confirmation before the funds clear? And why wasn’t I notified? £100 later, I’m rushing to catch the LNER. If you’re thinking to fly EasyJet, DON’T!!! You get what you pay for.

On a flight tonight from Belfast to Luton. At boarding in Belfast airport some customers were wearing masks not covering their nose, I asked laddies at boarding to insure this was corrected “ she did nothing” easyJet is not keeping us all safe

Easy jet are disgustingly ridiculously… Easy jet are disgustingly ridiculously bad!!! Worst experience I’ve had travelling and trust me I’ve travelled the world with some of the cheapest airlines going. Hopefully you will go bust during these trying times as you really don’t seem to care about your customers experience on your poor excuse of transport!!!! Well done as I had to spend a week without vital medication....would really appreciate contact regarding the issue as can’t seem to get any joy through the proper channels thanks Very unhappy traveller

EasyJet is a disgrace I boarded a flight with my teenage daughter at Majorca Confrontated by a junior boarding gate who attacked me and my daughter for not wearing a poor quality face mask we were wearing a higher grade Adidas mask then had a go at our baggage then did not disclose his name or get a manager which o requested Flying in COVID times is not easy but to have poor staff who are rude and make it difficult to travel is unnecessary Hire better staff at your Majorca boarding gates from Palma to Naples

91 days now and STILL fighting Easyjet for my cash refund on flights that THEY CANCELLED..... EU LAW 261/2004 states if an airline cancels your flight BY LAW they MUST refund you within 7 days!..... The UK government is doing absolutely NOTHING to help the thousands of people who are fighting this disgusting company that won't give people there money back!....... Why is our government not helping it's people by not making this RIP-OFF company follow law????...... Will NEVER FLY WITH THESE CON MERCHANTS EVER AGAIN!........ Please spread this around DON'T fly EASYJET.

I've used EasyJet many times in the past, but never had to contact their Customer Support until now. We had a flight cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown in the UK. My wife made the booking, and when the flight was cancelled she was emailed saying she could take a voucher for the full value of the flight (no mention of refund), which she did. After a bit of Googling, we learned you had to call and request a refund over the phone, which I did, and the person I spoke to said they'd "reversed" the voucher and applied a refund instead but that it would take up to 3 months to appear back in our bank account. 4 months later and we still have no refund, so I called them back today and they're claiming they have no record of this conversation and that it's not possible for vouchers to be reversed to refunds. As it was done over the phone, we're now at the mercy of their call recording software to see whether they have a record of this call and what I was told - I guarantee that the recording of this call will have been "lost".

This would have been a five star review had it not been for the two hours I had previously  wasted on hold when I called 0330 365 5000. Luckily I read some of the reviews on here suggesting people try 0330 365 5030 so I thought I'd give that a try. Long story short, answered within 15 minutes by a very helpful chap by the name of Bandi who actioned my cancelled flights refund back to Love Holidays. OH NO! not Love Holidays I hear you cry, but fear not, for just over a week later of kind Bandi actioning the refund I received an email from Love Holidays saying the £290.28 refund from Easyjet would be back in my credit card account within five days. Well, two days later there it was, so really apart from the issue with the first customer service number I tried I haven't got any complaints.

Horrendous!!!!!!! I accepted a voucher and they make you call up To use it but don’t answer for hours and hours!!! I waited for 3 hours on 3 straight days I couldn’t wait any longer and now my flights have gone!!! Why issue vouchers you haven’t got the capacity to service!!!! Why let customers who could of insisted on a refund go though this stress it’s ludicrous!!! I am so stressed I will remember how horrendous this was and tell everyone I know!!

Now with the Pandemic most of the airlines give you the money back of your bookings. I try to cancel my flights and get the refund. Since is NOT RECOMMEND TO FLY. They don't refund me the money
