“I have used EBay for many years and can honestly say that I am always happy with my purchases including goods from abroad. The only time I had a problem with a damaged shed that had to be returned was promptly sorted by PayPal and other questions have always been answered by Ebays exceptional staff on the phone.”

“The availability of the products is good and there is so much that can be found on there from the most small goods to the most big goods. There is a lot that can be found. But I don't like the fact that the conditions and the functioning of some of the goods is not great at all but overall Ebay is good.”
