I can't say something bad about the ebay because back in the day it was a pioneer marketplace for e-commerce business. Many people in the beginning of 00's started their business from the ebay reselling different stuff, exchanging products or just bargaining with people. I'm thankful to them that I was one of those who started business on this platform, cuz it has taught me many valuable lessons.

eBay is a dope app I purchase many clothing iitems from there and never was disappointed Great prizes I love the app.

To put it mildly, I don't believe there a Customer Service department worse than that at Ebay. It is absolutely amazing, no matter what help you need, what question you ask, you will always get the pre-scripted response. "eBay protocol,,,,BLAH BLAH BLAH" What is even sadder than that, is how hard it is to communicate with the "customer service" assistants. 1) not very understandible, or not quite ready for communicating in English 2) not capable of actually considering what the full question is. 3) not responding in any way other than robotic. 4) not turning down background noise) eBay has set a new standard, for incompetent customer service. eBay is sincerely at the bottom of the list

are you looking for help to recover your lost Bitcoin? CP-INVESTIGATION.C0M can help you contatct them and be happy again. Stay away from them for your own good. They do not pay. I deposited a whole lot of figures with them and when it was time to withdraw profits I could not. After a week I could no longer login. They shut me out and were not available to help me. I was not ready to let go of that account because I had over $700,000 in there and there is no way I was letting it go. I got help finally from CP-INVESTIGATION, COM after filing a complaint. I finally got back my funds with and profit due my account too. I thank my stars I filed that complaint.

I am writing this review to thank Brian, a very special person in the Ebay Leadership Team. After being a faithful and loyal customer of Ebay for almost 20 years, this January I went through a very unpleasant experience. A very expensive kitchen appliance (Vorwerk Thermomix TM6) I had bought from an Ebay seller 2 months earlier stopped connecting to Internet and I sent it to the manufacturer for repair. The manufacturer called me immediately to let me know that the appliance was part of a lot of 288 similar items that were stolen whilst in transit in Belgium. The seller had clearly disappeared with my money and the initial customer service advisors weren't very helpful. Being outside the 30 day guarantee they advised to raise a claim with the credit card, but then, strangely, Ebay fought against the credit card charge back "tooth and nail" so the credit card dispute ended up being rejected. I tried every possible avenues with the credit card, including raising a "Section 75" claim, but they were alway able to find a reason/excuse not to pay, advising to resolve the issue directly with Ebay. In the end of March I called Ebay and explained all the above. The advisor was very nice and put me through to Brian and, for the first time, I had the feeling that someone truly cared about understanding the whole story and helping me to find a resolution. Since then Brian has taken ownership of the issue asking me to provide documents, evidence etc. and kept me informed every week about the status of the refund. He was like a real "guardian angel", it rarely happened in my life to find someone that truly cared. If you should have problems with a purchase on Ebay I seriously hope thst you fill find someone like Brian. Yesterday I got the final confirmation of the refund and today the money is back on the card. I cannot thank Brian enough. I hope Ebay will seriously reward him for taking such a dedicated and attentive care of its customers in trouble, going the extra mile to help and support them. I hope Ebay will also rethink some of its policies. The 30 day guarantee is probably good enough for standard transactions etc. but in the case of stolen goods, for example, there must be more flexibility and care to protect the customers from what is real fraud that unfortunately can take place anywhere nowdays, including Ebay. I hope this review is not too long and can be of help to other customers in similar trouble. Brian, thanks so much again for everything, you have been a true support and a guiding star in the middle of all these very unfortunate circumstances/events!!! I wish you all the very best for your future and career in the company!!! You are a living example of how customers should really be treated and cared for!!!

Usually there are no troubles with sellers. In case this happens eBay solve them very quikly and Customer Support is great! Costumers may use Paypal, and this is great!

I do a lot of shopping for household goods on eBay and very recently I had a bad experience with a seller. The seller just took the money and ran but luckily for me I was covered by eBay's Money Back guarantee. I simply opened up a case through eBay and waited the allotted time for the seller to respond. I got no response and eBay credited me my money back on the same day I got back in touch. eBay kept me informed via emails & eBay messages all through the case so their customer services set up is fantastic.

wow I wished I had seen all these comments what a change over time....I had money returned as I received a note bothered me they say I had cancelled my product so many times not true...Of course E Bay was in touch with me there answer was I cancelled This has gone on and on the one that phoned not the best by e mail heaps I have been with them years It has been a stressful horrid situation I have have all details in a folderI I have always received high comments a I was a buyer I am going to now close down I do not want anyone too contact me well it would be Customer Service they all seem to say the same.
