“I have never been disappointed using ebay as a BUYER”

“I Have been using eBay for about a year now for selling and buying and when I have to talk to customer service it's kind of a pain as they sound like broken records stuck on "im sorry". Until today, this guy Fabian and another assistant who's name I did not get (best guess on spelling as it was a phone call) helped me beyond belief to the point I was baffled with how amazing the service was. They walked me through everything they were doing and explained it perfectly with alot of detail, apologized for inconveniences and for being put in hold for a minute while he contacted a different department for further assistance but DID NOT OVERDO IT!!!, checked back in on me while I was on hold like an absolute boss and even went as far as waiting for my response before abruptly interrupting me in the middle of my sentence as I have happen alot here. ALL PROPS GO OUT TO FABIAN AND WHOEVER ELSE HELPED ME TODAY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WERE BEYOND INCREDIBLE!!! EBAY NEEDS TO GIVE THESE ABSOLUTE G.O.A.T.S A RAISE OR PROMOTION ASAP!!!!! y'all definitely restored my faith in eBay customer service and if you guys happen to see this you gotta know your the best customer service reps I've had the pleasure of working with in years as nobody nowadays has respect or a spark of life like these guys had just apologies, depressing and aggravating conversations mixed with let downs. AGAIN FABIAN AND THE OTHER GUY ARE ABSOLUTE G.O.A.T.S OF EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“Truthfully, I’ll tell you the answer to your problems is a hacker, you can get any sophisticated hack services by contacting “Jamiehacking99 at Gmail dot com”, I talk from good experience with him( I found him on a dark web forum for hackers). Get your score fixed up to 790-820 instantly with him. Or you can request a blank atm/debit card from him. The card contains about 69,700k pound sterling in it, the amount in the card renews after every 60 days, it's a splendid algorithm hack for ATM's, so you can withdraw limitlessly without being noticed. That card was really my saving grace. Do you know how many of my financial problems I have solved? Superb!!”

“I ordered an item from a seller that still hadn't arrived 8 days after the estimated delivery date. I contacted ebay about it and in about 20 minutes I received an e mail from ebay informing me that they had refunded me fully. With customer service like that I will proudly continue shopping with ebay.”

“Ebay has always been good to me. My packages have always come in a decent time or the dates that they gave me, even earlier. I had a problem one time but not with ebay but with myself. I ordered a small (I was gaining weight) and should have ordered a medium. I sent a message to the seller and got a email back the very next day. I was 75% pleased with the conclusion to my problem they came up with but regardless they were punctual with replying back. They will be my go to until they give me a reason not to!”

“My experience with seller Zinc Decor could not have been better! There was constant communication, very quick shipping and SUPERB customer “relationship building”—not just customer service! Stephanie was always available or, at the very least, incredibly prompt returning PHONE calls and/or emails! (Yes, Virginia, some sellers still use phones!) Once I receive the items (2 chairs—$2000) i was beyond impressed! They are quality through and through and delivery company was top-notch, white glove service! I will absolutely buy from zinc decor for my future furniture needs!”
