“Always get what im looking for cheaper then other webb sites and high street stores, the variety of things available to buy is more expanse than any other webbs site, and almost always get free delivery. I can search anything that im after and almost always find it on ebay”

“I've read many poor reviews on several different sites, although I've had nothing but excellent customer service. Sometime ago I had a customer who tried to say she'd not received the item I'd sent her, she was very rude and threatened to report me to ebay, I remained polite through out and didn't rise to her attempts to bate me. Ebay checked our correspondence and quickly found in my favour. They also removed her negative comment. More recently a seller sent me a product that in no way reflected what they were advertising. The seller ignored my messages, and refused to accept the returned product. I let ebay know that the seller had refused the returned tracked item and they refunded my money almost immediately. When I use the post office, I always take my item to the post office so I can get a receipt. This then acts as my proof of postage. The post office covers the item up to about £20 if it gets lost. And for ebay I have proof of postage. Maybe ebay are getting better or have I just been lucky? Good luck everyone...”
