“Wanted to pay extra for next day shipping to Northern Ireland - (which most carriers can do), however ebuyer automatically says it can't do this and downgraded it to a 1 week (which wasn't much cheaper). Hope it arrives sooner though! Apart from that no issues - thanks.”

“Good site. Easy to use and nicely displayed, I only use it on PC but I imagine it renders well on a mobile device as the design seems oriented toward it. One of my favourite things about the site is the limited number of items in each category, though there are still many, providing a good variety. It means even without filtering hugely, you still have a manageable number of products to go through, in comparison to sites like Amazon where there are simply thousands upon thousands to choose from, most of which are irrelevant, they're not all well categorised and the filter criteria are not uniform and so many items 'fall through the cracks' when you filter, which you have to do with so many results. So many times you miss out on an item, where as here on eBuyer you are more likely to find your perfect item, which I often do! My only negative point is that the delivery cost seems a little high sometimes, even with the 'Super Saver' option, which means in some circumstances I begin removing items from the cart to reduce my delivery cost, as it seems unjustifiable, occasionally will empty basket and buy from another site which has no or little delivery cost. This could be easily resolved with a free (or perhaps 1 pound) 'Super Saver' delivery on orders over 10, 15, maybe 20 pounds, 50 is far too much. Alternatively a super slow, super cheap, 10 day delivery would suffice.”

“Honest Review: I would order more from Ebuyer. Sometimes what seems easy on Email Ad is not so easy when Buying Online! For example: I had a mail saying All Orders this month Delivery Free then I find I either have to wait 'X' amount of 'Working Days' or pay over the price of the item Eg SD Cards Ordered today to get 'NextDay' when 1st Class Mail would have got here in 1stClassMail... Savings need to represent 'TrueSavings'. This is my only Rant. I do buy from Ebuyer; will continue to buy from Ebuyer and apart from the rare hiccup I've been very pleased with purchases especially given the 'Opposition in the Market Place' today. “Generally it is one of the better sites out there. there is a good improvement in finding items as you grow your product line. There is an active discouragement in contacting you, the enote is ok but for immediate help you do charge quite a bit. This may discourage the initial uptake - it is good for me if you increase your customers as the pricing will reduce further.”
