“Great price for my laptop hopefully it will arrive on time. only moan for me is if i had wanted the laptop delivered to my address instead of my daughters it would have been at an additional cost. I live on the isle of wight which is NOT a channel island and therefore should not incur any additional cost.”

“Quite pleased with the overall experience (and best price for the laptop I wanted!) but unfortunately encountered problems with the payment process - I was only able to enter one itinial, but since there are two on my card then the card was rejected as it didn't register on the system as a valid card in my name! I was able to use my partners's card and am now looking forward to my laptop arriving - thanks!”

“Always cheap, and prompt service. My only quibble is to do with the delivery options - once you've chosen a delivery type, e.g. "Next day" or "5 working days", you can't change that once you're in the checkout process so you have to go back a few pages to alter the delivery type.”

“great range at competitive prices, generally quick with delivery via yodel. yodel however are not the greatest delivery service and parcels are normal all day 9 -7pm. other delivery services give an eta with one in particular texting a hour slot, so delivery could be better. Returns can be slow also, customer care is lacking. having to email for an rma then calling them after you get an email confirmation is a little long winded. All said and done I have used Ebuyer numerous times and all in all its a good place to get the items you want at a reasonable price. delivery can be a pain as can returns but nothings perfect.”

“Generally very good. The only problems arise when trying to return goods which are faulty or not suitable for purpose. Rather than accept your word you have to phone their technical people to get an RMA. Otherwise very good value and delivery.”
