“I ordered an item online very smoothly. However, there was a star next to my chosen date. I tried to find more information and it was not available. Now I am expecting the item then. If I do not receive it then, it will be a bit of a problem with the delivery because I am working after that and might not be able to be at home. Unfortunately, it is not an option to be delivered to my office as well. So, I hop that whatever the Star meant, it does not mean that the delivery will be postponed for a later date.”

“Never had a problem with purchase, or delivery of the items I bought from Ebuyer and this statement goes back over the last 10 years at least if I remember correctly. I had to do a refund once over out of date printer inks I received from them and I found the experience not as straight forward as I would expect using their on-line system, but it did work in the end.”

“Really good competitive prices for laptops and good summary of features. Selection and payment nice and easy, good clear communications (emails)...have yet to test the product quality and customer service but hope they are as good as the sales front... Beware delivery mix-ups...there is 'free delivery' and 'free next day delivery' I got a bit confused and nearly ended up paying £11.40 when I expected it to be free !”

“After many moons of hardware shopping with companies like Overclockers and Scan, I've found that Ebuyer seems to know me better. Like a brother from a mother not my own, Ebuyer looks after me with a user friendly site that doesn't try to force-feed me adverts on items I don't want (Unless it's cake... but you don't sell it, so you're down from 'Very Good' to just 'Good'). Not only are the items I want always on offer at the right time (GET OUT OF MY HEAD, CHARLES!), but they always arrive in pristine quality. At one point, in a sleep-addled state, I ordered the wrong item and found I'd received a 1200w PSU rather than a 600w PSU... Instead of berating me for my bad sleeping habits, the representative understood my plight and exchanged it for the item I wanted while also refunding the difference. Bros for life! The only negative is you don't always sell enough variety of items with LEDs strapped to them haphazardly. If it ain't got a glow, I don't wanna know! Cheers for the memories, Ebuyer!”
