“The deals are good however it is extremely frustrating that their payment handling system does not accept certain cards. I am purchasing for a company but regularly have to put the payment through using a personal debit card.”

“Just as I finished my transaction I saw a message about free deliveries for items costing over £50.... but a delivery charge was added to my order. That plus VAT took the price from around £80 to over £100”

“I had trouble initially purchasing my laptop as it twice appeared to be declining my card, I then received an email advising me it was out of stock. A few days later it was back in stock and the transaction went through smoothly. I look forward to receiving it.”

“I would gladly recommend this site to my family and friends , It is very reasonably priced for all the items that I was looking for. I haven't received my item as yet, but the only negative comment I would make is that for the postage if required the next day is rather expensive so I chose the free delivery as Im in no hurry for the item.”

“e - buyer are really no different to any other printer ink supplier - ALL suffer from the same 'misleading' pricing . You do not get what u see initially . If delivery 'is included' you still get VAT added. If the price includes VAT then a delivery charge is added. You just have to be 'very aware'”
