“IT was easy to find what I wanted and order them, however the website did say a) free delivery on the Samsung SSD I ordered b) free delivery on orders over £49.99 My order qualified on both counts, but the checkout and e-mail confirmation show a Shipping £7.49 charge. Do not like to do business with organisations that temp with decent offers but do not keep their word.”

“The site was ok and the account sign up fairly painless, I have placed an order but only time will tell what sort of service I get and how good the delivery and product turn out to be. It is strange to be asked for a review before the order has been filled. As delivery and product are the really important things the overall rating given now is fairly meaningless.”

“E-Buyer are generally very good, they however are let down badly by some of their external suppliers, missed deliveries, damaged goods and a really badly thought out returns procedure. We were once supplied the completely wrong product which was bad enough, we then had to wait until the wrong product had been returned before we were supplied the correct product, this changed a next day delivery to two weeks! Very poor service.”

“Website clear and accessible. My only complaint is that I wasn't warned I was about to hit the 5pm deadline so my order will now be a day later than I had hoped. It would help customers if you could have an alert to the deadline.”
