“usually very easy to shop on around on your shop and a lot descriptions about the products. However on this visit the product I wanted didn't have much description or any descriptions or suggestions as to what toner I could purchase with it. I still bought it because I trust this site completely.”

“Website experience average. Each time you add an item to the basket, it takes you to the check out ; quite frustrating if you want to buy more items. When searching for an item, at the top of the page you will find what other buyers were interested in, you have to scroll down to get to what are you looking for. The website display can be improved so it is more intuitive, and you do not waste unnecessary time going backwards and forwards from your basket and looking at what other people viewed. Time is precious for everyone!”

“My total came to £55.80 yet I was charged £55.81 why? It took me 3 attempts to find out I could get free delivery on this order if I ordered over £50 This is the first time I have purchased from e buyer .com and my first impression is not greatly satisfied. We shall see if the delivery service is any better than the ordering service.”

“You do have some very good offers - my only gripe is that your delivery system is rubbish at times. I see now you have Yodel as your courier - previously I dealt with you and Parcel Force were excellent. I have had dealings with Yodel before and they can and are rubbish to deal with - I believe but am not sure that someone independent locally delivers for them sometimes. When it is this gentleman the delivery service is excellent but when it is Yodel themselves it is rubbish. You need to be using Royal Mail in my view who are much more reliable. I do hope that you will deliver to the post office if I am not in. We are good enough to give you our custom and you should be good enough to co-operate with us regarding delivery.”

“I've used Ebuyer for a number of years. They do what they are 'obliged' to do. If you choose 'free' delivery, your purchase will sit on the shelves for most of the 5 days. They don't simply get on with it. Keep your box no matter how big, or you will have to buy one if you return your item.”

“Can I suggest that when a search is made for a particular product that the customer can then choose to see the products by manufacturer ( probably alphabetic ) and also in either ascending or descending price and possibly with a further refinement of the search by selecting features of the model. On the all in one wireless printer search I had many irrelevant pages to search with routers and cartridges etc in the list which made finding the best printer somewhat tedious. I finally phoned a lady called Sarah who was very helpful regarding delivery and cash back queries.
