very good products at great prices. only down side the customer service is shocking and not helpful at all. Other than that it was good

Sir/Madam, I'm rather surprised and disappointed that you have charged me for the delivery of the 4 8GB Toshiba Transmemory USB 2 memory drives. Your email clearly states "FREE DELIVERY" and there is NO option for that in the final checkout. I refer you to your email Order Acknowledgement (#22475941). I am not impressed and I am going to warn my friends to be vigilante of yur practice. Otherwise I have No complaint whatsoever about eBuyer in my dealings with you as a guest or a member. M Ngui

Hi Matthew, The free delivery is for orders over £49.99 I believe. If the email specifically states there is free delivery on these products, please can you forward it over to me so I can check it out? If this is the case for free delivery on these products then it should've let you select free delivery at checkout over 5 working days or whatever it states on the email. The default option on delivery should be 0-5 days if the item(s) qualify for free postage.Then if next day delivery is required opt for payment. I quit and got annoyed, not only a sale was nearly lost but any subsequent sales also. A small point, in your mail please call me Eddie not Edward or John, mum is to blame!

I had problems with the billing and shipping addresses. I was finally told that the problem was because I was using a business card on a home account. this was obviously my error but it would have been good to have been told earlier that this was the problem as it wasted several days.

Hi Elaine, Sorry for the trouble that this is causing you. I have just been on the order and can see an email was sent shortly after the order was placed. Do you still require the order? You billing address just needs to match where the card is registered and you can have it delivered to a different address if you require. On the face of it eBuyer.com is a competitive site but for this purchase I found it difficult to trace the product, a baby monitor, perhaps not a popular product for the company's customers. More worryingly my daily news email said I had been credited a free next day delivery token. But when I purchased the product this was not forthcoming !

If you can let me know what words you typed in to our website, I can find out why it doesn't bring up these details easily. With regards to the free delivery tokens, you need to make sure you are logged into your account first then add the items. Hi Noel, We do offer free UK delivery on orders over £49.99 when placed on 5 working days. Unfortunately, deliveries to Northern Ireland do have a charge due to the contract that we have with our courier. Sorry for the trouble caused by this. Kind Regards, Scott

I would have given more stars if Ebuyer added the VAT on the item you are viewing and not adding it to the last part of the sale.

Hi Ken, I think you may have been looking at the business site as this shows the prices ex VAT. If you go onto our website and look in the top right, you can toggle between 'visit business site' and 'leave business site'. When you are off the business site, the prices inc VAT on the display. I do not see why I should enter my phone number to be able to buy an item, as my phone is ex directory, and I do not give out the number, to try and cut down on unsolicited calls. appart from that, no problem.

Having to reorder again account balance is a huge problem if you want to use PayPal to checkout so they do need to fix their payment system to be more effective but good overall in terms of service and quality of products

Ordering was a bit of a pain as the first attempt failed so I was not sure my money had been taken from my account. After my second attempt all was okay but due to the time this process has taken I have now missed next day delivery on my items. The next day delivery is misleading as I was hoping to get my hard drive the day after I ordered before 11pm only to find that actually it would not arrive until a day after this which was a bit disappointing. Aside from all this Ebuyer offers good value for money, I reserve feedback on the entire service as only just ordered so can not comment on delivery it after care and customer service. Thank you.

It's functional, but a bit "unintelligent" and product descriptions are inacurate. Example: 5ms response rate monitors are in 2ms grouping, and if I sort by price, after a further selection it goes best to (suposedly) most relevant. Also I am missing expert reviews and 2 minute function and feature videos.

I do not like the fact that - 1. You have to set up an account (for a one off purchase??) 2. You have to give your date of birth - Why??

Hi Victor, I'm sorry that you feel this way. Its just a standardised registration process and only needs to be done once upon creating an account.
